Finally able to present my data in a useful way. Before it would be stuck with charts or tables in Excel and now I can get it into the hands of the end user much easier. I love that it also now allows me to be able to get model releases on the go allowing me to publish more photos.
Sometimes the support documents aren't exactly clear, but I haven't had a question I didn't eventually find an answer to!

Easy to convert a tables in excel into an operating app.
There could be some improvements but is so easy to connect via excel that it's good enough for now.

Peace of mind (responsible for peoples' keys), easier time doing my job, custom solution designed by my favorite designer, me!
I just made an app to juggle a mind breaking pile of keys, ebbing in and flowing out constantly...And now I have no problem keeping track!
Even though I can't confidently say that what I like least about using appsheet is the cloud-based delay (my internet connection is so not good!), I mention it because maybe more can be done with the offline features.

It took a little time until I figured out how to use it now I love making changes and adding the program. It is easy to use with the google docs.
I wish they could support and give an option to use Microsoft Office because google docs do not have all the options as Microsoft office does.

No programming knowledge necessary, although conceptual design and how it works is better understood if you know the theory. You can use Google Sheets as background database.
It could be difficult for someone not so great with spreadsheets. They now may lack some functionalities i wish to see in the app but they do progress really fast.

I understand Excel and Google spreadsheets, and because of that i can make excellent Apps for my clients. Right now i have 4 apps being tested and i just started using this product 2 weeks ago ... the community support is so helpful ...
So many options - it's takes a little time understanding how they all work ...

As a software engineer, I know how much time it takes to create an app from scratch (hint: it takes much longer than you think). With AppSheet, I can delegate the work to the non-engineers on my team.
I've been following the "Low Code" trend for a long time now. AppSheet is definitely a pioneer in the space. Data entry is super efficient. And the sample templates are very helpful (although, as a power user, I don't use them very often - I like to start from scratch). I've tried the competing products (including Google App Maker and Microsoft PowerApps), but I like AppSheet the most.
In the past, I've had some debugging errors. The error messages themselves were a bit vague. However, in the past few months, I've noticed improvements in this area. And customer service is always there to help.

So far everything has been great. Learned how to build an app, and had my first APP deployed in 4hrs... Now I can build complex apps very quickly... 1hr... and start collecting info... super neat... I Very confusing with user permissions and sign ins... but other than that ...

I've been thinking of creating Apps for everyday work use... Although, I'm a new user for Google environment and just wandered around and see what are the available programs on the gallery... And of course, one thing led to another, first I tried the Forms, then led me to Sheets then finally to AppSheet... AppSheet made it happen in no time... Now, i can gather pertinent information on my mobile device... Mabuhay (Long Live) AppSheet...

I can't believe I did not discover this software sooner! Now that I have I can only imagine the productivity I am going to get out of it. The possibilities are endless. It took me about two days to get up to speed on the basics and to complete an app for my own personal use....FOR FREE. I am still learning the functionality but there is plenty of it. It appears that the updates to the software are extensive and frequent which means it will only get better.

I haven't experienced the customer support yet. However the experience of using the app was great.
It made me look brilliant. It is so easy to add a new property, take a picture and distribute it
The way it easily creates a professional looking app. Plus, although frustrating to try to fix a error I like the way it tells you there is a error. Truly a great app. Thanks.
It has its limitation right now. I am hoping this is a development problem so that this is something that keeps getting better. For instance I would like to have the gps / map functionality report the schools, churches, malls, restaurants, points of interest such as parks on the map. As a realtor I created a app that shows my team our listings. It would be a wonderful thing if I could also say where are the closest schools. Further I would then like to with the tap of a button send a feature sheet to the buyers email. That allows me to ask for a email.

I picked this up as I was playing around with google sheets for the first time. Almost anything available in excel is available in google sheets and lets you share your work online easily. This programme takes that a step further and lets you customise the view for a mobile device. It seems slightly limited in terms of what you can allow from the sheet, but it's incredibly usable. I'd never made an app or used basic software (like this) for app creation before and with a couple of hours' work I now have a version I can use on my mobile.

After searching for Apps to suit my needs and finding only over complicated apps designed for general use I found Appsheet. I have created 2 Apps specific to my needs in just a few hours of playing around, they were actually created in 5 minutes each but I spent time tweaking them to adjust the user experience and now my employees and I share the apps to track fuel use and deliveries made, saving me hours a month of data entry. Awesome Product. Funny part was the day before my son was telling me we should make an App and my response was "I don't know how to do that", the next day I presented him with two awesome custom apps with our logos on them.

I was able to produce complex mobile app for iOS and Android without knowledge of programming languages normally needed for both OS. I just focused on application logic. AppSheet staff provides excellent support even when I am in Free subscription plan. This allows me to develop fully functional app with just my time investment and start to pay when I get first commercial customer. This and the development simplicity is the biggest added value for me. At the time being (March 2016) the app is still missing support of deeper integration with the phone OS and other apps. I mean for example sending alerts to status bar or sending appointments to calendar. I see lot of development effort at the AppSheet right now therefore I expect they add them soon.

I rarely write reviews, but AppSheet is most deserving. I use Excel spreadsheets for almost every aspect of my business. I have sheets for payroll, inventory, proposals, analytics, etc. They help me make informed decisions on a day to day basis.
