Extremely poor - 15 days since they charged me. I had previously cancelled their services. But they proceeded to bill me after this. Many times I’ve requested a refund but it’s still not been issued.

I have been a client of ConvertCart for more than 4 years. The success of my business is very important to them. They have worked very hard on numerous campaigns over the years.
