Great software delivery system

We have multiple teams in the same code base, so we use Jenkins to validate builds and check the code base.  We also deploy the merged code to it's own environment where it can be further tested for issues, before releasing to the main lower environments where bad code could break necessary testing functionalities and push back critical release timelines.

Well Known And Widely Used

Jenkins has single-handedly streamlined our process. It has allowed our process to go from using 2-4 different applications to one, all-in-one software. It has been incredible for our team and our company.

Jenkins has incredibly simplified our team's ability to package, deploy and test our applications.

I have used Jenkins from a developer perspective helping DevOps for several years now, and it is certainly better than no pipeline at all. It seems to be maybe not quite as modern as some competitors out there, but seems to be able to handle whatever you throw at it if you know how to configure it.
