We tested several different smart search engines in our online stores. In the service, support and results, Luigi's Box turned out to be the best.
Good and proactive contact both in terms of business conditions as well as during the implementation of the search engine in the online store. Great flexibility.
It is a matter of web developers rather than Luigi Box, but for the search engine to work well, it is necessary to adjust the product feed file, which may be an additional implementation cost.

The launch of new shopping mall with its website, mobile app and many digital tools brought many questions regarding the customer needs and journey. Luigi'sBox helped us resolve many mysteries or hypothesis such us what should be the naming of particular features of shopping mall on the website, which shop are they looking for and we don't have it and we should add it and so on...
It's super easy to use and integrate with other technologies. The interface and data interpretations are easy to read and navigate. Anytime we need to leverage the search of our customers either on website or in the mobile app, we're able to retrieve all important data and we can rely on them.
There's nothing to dislike. Value for money is very visible.

Love the search engine. we were using previously in-house solution but Luigi’s Box is a great improvement over that. That alone would justify the investment as it vastly improves the user experience of our website. In addition to that, their pricing is more than reasonable and implementation was seamless. Can't recommend it enough.

Searching for products on our website was terrible and how many times i couldnt find a given product based on the keyword i entered. At the same time i was missing the statistics of keywords that our customers searched for on our website. Luigis box solved this problem and since then the number of orders has also increased. I am very glad that we managed to establish cooperation with this company

The Luigi's Box app is easy to use and delivers value for us.
I like the fast and clear UI. Implementation took some time, but I appreciate that it was quick. I like LB customer support, they respond quickly and accurately. As for frequency of use, just checking the app data every few days is enough for me.
