It has all the necessary features like rule-based merchandizing, synonyms and synonym suggestions (that are surprisingly good), even a tool to do A/B testing. Other than that the basics are very automated and do not need much human input.

Analytics. They are lacking the option to do previous period comparisons and metric trends over time.

We had tested recommendation tools and search engines, but they weren't good enough. These tools were also dissociated, which didn't make the proposal any more relevant. Luigi's Box combines two tools but is above all based on AI. In a sector where it's difficult to get good cross-selling because the products are necessities, we've found that Luigi's is doing very well. I like Luigi's automatic email reports that I can send to the product team so that I can adapt the offer according to trends and queries without the products on offer.

Creating the product flow took longer than expected. I recommend using a flow manager to make the task easier and avoid asking too much help from a developer. It would be great if you could provide technical support in French.

It works perfectly well, we have 1.500.000 products so search engine is crusial for us

A simple and very important application for the growth of e-shops. Significantly improved search with Autocomplete. Setting synonyms for different product names = 1 same product. Thanks to the implementation of Luigi's Box, we understand more about customer behaviour. Liugi´s Box team is always willing to help.

So far we have not encountered a more serious problem. Everything we have needed has been solved by ourselves or with the support of the Luigi's Box team.

It helped us to solve a longterm problem with internal search functionality which was very hard to optimize within our native CMS functionality.

For a long time there were no analytical outcomes to see how people use the search. However this was solved and now I have no more issues to handle.

Its really good search engine which has no problem with typos or synonyms. Very good is also their support.

We are currently using an older system of eshop engine that seemingly cannot be improved. It was done using only a short code without invasive interventions in the otherwise inaccessible source code of the old system. Luigi do not require programmers on our site (in our team and our website)

I have no bad experience since launching, using and managing this solution.

Quick search, easy-to-use management interface, and effective recommendations.

I can't think of any issues; everything is functioning as anticipated.

Everything, that shows in search results can be set up. Additionally, the redirections can be set very easily and navigate customer where we need to have him.

Search results are sometimes not correct and they need to be fixed manually. For example sometimes it prioritase product that has nothing to do with search query and the right products is only shown in small window next to it. This can be fixed, but must be done manually.

The administration is relatively simple and you can orient yourself in it immediately after the training, which lasts about 1 hour. The implementation and listing of products on the e-shop can be graphically modified to a large extent.

It is easy to use tool to make search results perfect. The options to exactly show results for queries is perfect

B2B integration with Shoptet is not great. As well, some search are not correct. They can be fixed by fix it rule, but this must be done manually always

When setting up banner ads, it takes a long time for the banners to appear. Also, after removing the banner ads, it takes a long time for the banners to be removed from the search.

It took quite a long time to get everything running without errors. But Luigi provides a long free period to test and fix bugs. Shoptet integration could be a bit faster, sometimes the search engine is slower to load.
