Luigi's Box is doing pretty solid job. With them the search tool is not boring and not too lengthy. Thanks to Luigi's Box the most relevant/most popular products pop on your customer right away. This and the option to add these products straight to the cart eventually boost conversion rate. All of it happens in line with the brand and e-shop design, with great compatibility for mobile devices (today a necessity for successful shop). The second smart tool that Luigi's Box offers is product reco. We use it in cart in the manner of "Customers usually add these products" and it works quite well. When we did an A/B test, the results were pretty good: 4 % CTR and +13 % revenue growth when the Luigi's Box reco was used.

More usage. I guess Luigi's Box has a lot of solid data to work with. I would like to see another way to freshen up an e-shop, which would be complementary with the Luigi's Box search tool and product reco.

The cost-effectiveness of this tool varies depending on your utilization. A poorly configured setup and/or use may incur high expenses, but with a well-executed setup, costs can be mitigated. Proper configuration ensures swift realization of ROI.

- A necessary service if you want to take your e-shop to a higher level - Simple yet very useful dashboard - Customer activity tracking - List of the most searched terms (thanks to this we list our products more efficiently) - Possibility to set synonyms. Different names but in the end one specific product that the customer needs to find - Tym Luigis helpful in implementing even non-standard requirements :) - A daily necessity for our customers. Thanks to Luigi's Box, it is much easier to manage the search engine and autosuggester mechanisms. This tool also offers great analytics to help you optimize your website content for search. A numerous tool for personalizing communication in the autosuggester are a great marketing tool.

Some solutions are still in beta phase, although they seem to work properly. Apart from that, I don't find any disadvantages with this tool.

Besides great searching tools we like additioan features such as Recommender which (obviously from its name) recommends products based on customers browsing and searching history. These recomendations are part of product page, not searching results which looks more naturally. Also banner campaigns is great tool to promote products in search results. All these features simply help to increase the sales in general.

The product may seem a bit pricy at the beginning but in the end it pays of.

A simple and very important application for the growth of e-shops. Significantly improved search with Autocomplete. Setting synonyms for different product names = 1 same product. Thanks to the implementation of Luigi's Box, we understand more about customer behaviour. Liugi´s Box team is always willing to help.

So far we have not encountered a more serious problem. Everything we have needed has been solved by ourselves or with the support of the Luigi's Box team.

We switched to another tool for reco - but we have specific products so it is very hard to solve our use-cases.

There's nothing to dislike. Value for money is very visible.

Love the search engine. we were using previously in-house solution but Luigi’s Box is a great improvement over that. That alone would justify the investment as it vastly improves the user experience of our website. In addition to that, their pricing is more than reasonable and implementation was seamless. Can't recommend it enough.

Easy to implement, we could start using all the features just a few hours after talking to a company representative. Luigi's box is constantly increasing our revenue by personalizing our search results. It quickly became an extra stream of our revenue.

Customized solutions for each customer. Small and large companies.

Our products is really diverse. Everything cannot be done automatically and manual intervention is required.

Luigi's Box is really outgoing, willing to cooperate in multiple areas, providing custom solutions tailored for our needs.

Quite heavy need of proper feed setup(on our side) in order for everything to work properly. But that is something you generally need to count on.

Smart search with autocomplete and recommendation .

Some features are quite complicated to understand but when you get it , it's OK .
