Synonymis, fixed rules, easy setting and administration

Cost - for small eshop is expensive. But for medium and big company id okey.

It is very usefull especially for customers. They can easily find what they are loking for. It is good for industry where 1 product has many names, like our business. We can match these names to proper product and then customer can find it on our website.

Atually I don´t know what I dislike about luigi´s box.

Very high quality searching tool, design adapted to the e-shop, very clear statistics and fast technical support , easy integration in cooperation with or programmers. Available in different languages and with great support

until now i could not find anything that i dislike in the luigis box . only the price could be a less cheaper

It's fast, easy to use for our customers (search/autosuggestion) and also for us (administration/data collecting,...). Great support.

Search sollution from Luigi's Box works very well without the need of freqent maintenance. We did the setup in the first month of use and now we use the administration mainly for the analitic purposes.

Working fluently without any problems for last years

Easy and fast to implement, very robust search engine with many options for individual settings and result optimization. Very quick response from team Recommender also works great.

Maybe some recommender settings... you can not setup rules by yourself in administration, but it must be placed by their team. But at least you can`t make it wrong.

The software is highly usable. In the future, we expect to see deeper integration using artificial intelligence.

A highly adaptable and robust search and recommendation solution for e-commerce. Works great across multiple languages and countries. Great reporting features and exceptional customer support.

Still requires some manual work from time to time, e.g. configuring synonyms.

I like definitely all the statistics what Luigi´s box giving to me.

Implementation was lil bit difficult but it was most likely cuz of all tools what we alredy have on website

We loved the ease of implementation, welcoming pricing, and most of all, the sheer power of their search functionality. It's a huge improvement over our previous in-house solution that was lacking in too many areas. And it shows. Thanks to Luigi's Box, the UX of our website has improved significantly.

So far the experience was very good. Ask me again in a year, I guess, but I don't think I'll have anything bad to say about LB.

Good functionality is the priority display of products based on keywords.
