The workflow is great and easy to understand, I learned the basic navigation within seconds and I was able to fully customize a UI framework.
Only available on OS X, no Windows version.

It's good to draw but not for collaboration. Maybe good if I'm drawing for myself.
I like its abundant features to design and draw on Mac. I believe it has more tools than competitors.
Not the best tool for collaboration because sharing is not really easy. Also, it doesn't support Windows.

The overall experience of using Sketch is good for design poster ,banner etc.
The most liked features of this software is the way the workflow works in Sketch is so much better for mobile app design than a other tools available.
The most unlinked features of this software the template design which are not not as compared to canvas software .

It has very few buttons/controls, but you can draw pretty much anything with it. There are tons of plugins and symbol libs, so you can design even if you can't draw at all. From my observations, Sketch seems to be pretty much a default UI/UX designer tool these days.
No cons for the price, really. Maybe I would appreciate a bit more advanced tools for raster graphics, but it's not necessary.

As a product manager, I use Sketch weekly. Each time I need to draw a prototype or demo, I will use sketch and principle to do it.
I can create my on product UI from Day ONE! It has a handful of active online communities that I can find resource and files.
It's not easy to collaborate with people who doesn't have a Mac OS device. I can't share my original file and that them edit if they only work on PC.

sketch allows me and those I work with to design quickly and effectively
sketch is possibly my favorite software amongst all that i use regularly. I love the features, functionality and usability of the product. works great
one disadvantage to sketch is the inability to freehand draw through the program. if this feature was available on sketch i would have absolutely zero complaints

It is helpful that Sketch connects to Zeplin that makes it easier to share assets with devs. Again I use it mostly for UX so it can be used for rapid prototyping.
work on multiple artboards at the same time and have the desktop, tablet and mobile versions of the layout in the same file. Great canvas and market store.
no complaints whatsoever about it. excited to see it grow even more.

Speed, accuracy, flexibility and great integrations (plugins) with other tools. Perfect for UI design.
Sketch is based on vectores, hence it is easy to start using if you have previous experience with Adobe Illustrator. It facilitates designing interfaces due to its multiple canvas nature. Also, exporting assets makes your life smooth and easier.
Since my experience was Adobe Illustrator first , it can take you some time to adapt and retain shortcuts. Also, vector tool for creating shapes is difficult to manipulate.

I'm in love with Sketch. I'm fairly new to UX/UI but not to web design and now my perspective changed completely about the amount of work and integration with programmers that can be achieved with such a simple program. I would recommend it.
After using Illustrator for the most part of the last 10 years, designing for the web, I felt something was missing. That's when I learnt about Sketch. This is a tool for the modern web designer, it speaks the same language as the people who will convert your drawing to code. It's super simple and makes changes through out your layouts a breeze. I love the recent smart layouts addition. It hard to explain in words, but, if you try it, you'll understand. I also love the ability to integrate with InVision, making prototype sharing very fast and efficient. It's also very light weight app with constant updates and it's fairly cheap to own.
I don't really like the way you select the tools to draw. I also find it difficult to make complex shapes and object. But I guess it's because of being used to work with Adobe's tools for so long.

I come from an era, where UI designers used Photoshop, a tool for digital photography, to design interfaces. There was simply nothing better at that time. Then, Sketch was released and it changed everything. It was a vector-based tool focused on UI design. It was something designers really needed! Sketch came a long way and became an industry standard. After a few years it's still a solid software that you can rely on with features you need. Sketch developers listen to the community and release updates often. The pricing is also reasonable. If you're a UX or UI designer, this is the tool you want to use.
Sketch now has a lot of competitors and needs to catch up in some areas: – Prototyping capabilities are very basic‚ it's simply not capable to replace inVision many designers rely on – There are no good layout tools (like Stacks in Framer X)

Sketch overall is a great tool for designing wireframes, and creating workflows. I'd use it over XD any day!
Value for money is spectacular! Paying once, was a god sent. Sketch overall has great functionality for both desktop and mobile platforms. Attaching the plugin for canvas makes it easy to make the wireframes into prototypes. The vector outputs create majestic graphics, and the functionality for creating new pages saves my life when I need to start from scratch and save old work.
If it were a PC product, I'm sure many people would be significantly happier. Unfortunately, it's only for Macs which I don't mind because I have a Mac. Also, sometimes fontawesome doesn't work in Sketch and it just put it straight into the .Lastresort text. which is really frustrating. I recently figured out how to fix it. Also, it limits logo design, which is fine with me because I have illustrator. But it is always nice when you can do all things in one place.

I'm able to create models of hair designs so i can share my ideas with my coworkers.
I never thought Sketch could change my life. My hole life I've always wanted to draw but i wouldn't have ink or paper. But when I got sketch it gave me everything. Everything is easy to control and you can do many things a artist can do on Sketch. I think sketch is the best drawling resource on the internet.
There is actually nothing wrong with sketch. I liked every feature about this website.

We use Sketch to develop prototypes of our websites and then it's very easy to start developing web page which is based on this design.
- It's easy to create interfaces, UI elements and prototypes, everything is vector based and scalable - You can have different boards for different windows of your website or app - You can preview your design just like it will be in browser - Sketch supports uploading your designs to cloud and share between colleagues and teammates - Boards have templates and can emulate browser or device canvas - Plugins are supported and you can even write your own script to automate actions
- It's only working on MacOS, you can't run Sketch on Windows or Linux - You should renew your license every year

Following this logic of order and registration, we create an additional file called "Style" in which we describe all the elements and their possible variations. With this document it is easier for developers to take separate elements and assemble the site. It also helps to maintain consistency in the work of the different members and avoids problems caused by interpretations.
A great point in favor, was that we use this program from the information architecture, so the compatibility is ideal, the best thing in web design is that it has an automatic grid system that is very easy to handle. The two previous functions facilitate unexpected changes and corrections, since when changing an element is automatically updated throughout the site. The files are very light, they can...
It exists only for OS X Mac, which means that all the equipment I work with must use this operating system. It is not good for image editing. It has some basic tools, but to define a style you have to use another editing program first. It is not possible to go back one step when modifying a style, you have to go back to the latest version, so it is necessary to constantly save the changes.

Great product for beginner to advanced designers, it works great to prototype and preview designs right from Sketch, making your life easy. It has a bast collection of templates and libraries to accelerate your design process.
- It has everything a designer would need - It has toons of great addons and plugins - it works for advanced to beginner designers - I like the prototyping tools to link pages between them - loads easily giant files - the missing fonts warning is great, it allows you to know exactly what is missing - export 1, 2, 3@x is a piece of cake - pricing is not bad, for large group licensing is not expensive - presentation mode, easily hide all toolboxes to focus on what matters most - huge community that makes it easily to find templates and free samples - Symbol management is great, it is a feature that allows you to basically template your own designs most use pieces to not repeat yourself - copy/paste styles, it will allow you to copy sizes, colors, spacings, etc.
- image tools lacks extra features, you are just allow to crop and use the magic wand - no image distortion, only an un-useful transformation and rotation - most of the great stuff has to be made using 3rd party libraries, would love if the basic feature included more capability for image - sometimes old software version won't allow you to open new versions files forcing you to upgrade your version -

As a UX designer, a lot of my time is spent making prototypes. Sketch was the first such app that I used for this purpose, and I used it daily for 2 years. The base controls are easy to learn and use, but as with anything, getting to an efficient workflow required some effort and thought. The app supports the user in lots of small ways, such as providing a lot of default canvas sizes to choose from...
Lots of free plugins available to extend functionality. Lots of free libraries available for common elements. Easy to learn initially, the controls are intuitive for the most part. Cn edit text in a symbol without having to make separate versions of the symbol - very cool. Can make polished high-fidelity prototypes with Sketch.
Available only for iOS devices. Can't add text within an element- must add text as a separate element. Not ideal for rapid low-fidelity prototyping. Can't create itneractions between elements or users mouse.

I have been using Canvas since 1989. It has been a great companion for all my illustrations in presentations and publications. I highly recommend Canvas X Draw To students, particularly in science and engineering. I am very pleased that Canvas GFXis reaching out to customers and making great efforts to further improve it. Already at this point, it is very clear that Canvas is not only back on the Mac, but much better than any version we ever had on the Mac before.
Canvas X Draw is easy to use, but it can also do very sophisticated things that you will explore as you need them, e.g. sprite effects, replication with transformation, advanced selections in pixel graphics, intersections of objects, etc etc. One great strength of Canvas X Draw is the ability to draw with high precision, enabled by inspectors that display and accept numerical input for object shapes. Another great strength of Canvas X Draw is the easy combination of vector graphics with pixel graphics and text. Further, the organization of documents into layers and pages enables great functionality.
My biggest dislike is that there is still no shortkey like OS X's "Cmd-~" to quickly switch between different tabs/windows. Generally, it would do Canvas X Draw good to allow more functions to be accessed through user-defined shortkeys and let users choose between "original" and more "modern-Mac-OS-X-like" key functionality. In modern OS X, for example, you can add to a selection by holding down the...
