Userback easily streamlines client feedback and sign off

Pros

They are constantly looking at new features and innovative ways to add value to existing users; the software grows as you use it.

Cons

Most of the things I didn't like have been overcome with updates, but the general onboarding of clients was a little clunky, though is much more straightforward now, even for client's who aren't so technically adept.

Easy and practical to use tool for both bug traking and customer feedback

Internal and external users are filling in issues easier than before. Having integration to Azure DevOps helos as well.

Pros

Easy to fill in a bug , a feedback or a new feature. Good integration with Azure Dev Ops. Also, we consider it correct price / quality.

Cons

Having posibility to have more lines (Enter) for Desscription field, when adding a bug, would be a nice improvement Interface imprivement could be made, for managing issues

Pros

Userback is really simple to implement and customise in your application allowing you to collect detailed user feedback with screen annotations so your users can actually communicate their issues to you visually. We also use it internally when we are QA'ing new feature releases amongst our team or wider organisation and it is extremely efficient and effective for this.

Cons

At the price point what you get is feature rich compared to more expensive alternatives. A great additional feature (which we'd pair more for) would be the ability to add micro surveys to certain features we are testing.

Silky Smooth UX for both Users and Implementers

Pros

Userback is really simple to implement in your web app and start collecting feedback through screen annotations. Though the general usecase for Userback is for web ui design, we used this for our mockups and 3D drawings to communicate with our overseas clients. We ran this tool with our clients and they found it relatively user-friendly and easy to start the feedback/ changes rolling in.

Cons

For the features and price, we've nothing bad to complain about :)

use cases are growing along with their road map and best thing is their responding

Pros

Features Video, easy to use to an insane degree. Customizable and beautiful in the first place. Just simple and in my opinion, which to me is kinda all that matters, this gets the job done...no it actually does the job as well now that it allows you to delegate with precision through video feature

Cons

I tend to write reviews on things i like, and biased as I may be in favor of userbackk, its not expensive and does above what it originally was bought for. no complaints.

One of the Best buys. Gets appreciated by clients

One of the major advantages is "Ease of Use". I use it on all the websites which I design. My clients can now submit feedback directly from their website and also can pin-point on the aspects which they need changes. Highly recommend for every website designer.

Pros

Ease of Use. Convenient for Clients. Great time-saver. Affordable. Pinpoint on the areas that need changes. No need for tons of emailing back and forth with clients for changes to be made.

Cons

The only con I can think of it is its inability to capture the full page screenshots.

My go to choice for eveything that needs feedback

Collecting feedback on pretty much anything a creative agency could want is to be done with Userback. I like the developer because he is working hard on the product contstantly improving it and his support is very good also.

Pros

It is easy to use and setup. You can get instant feedback on a website that you are making for a client or even upload videos and get feedback on those, so all creative work can be approved much quicker also. It is just an awesome allround tool for feedback!

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, I love that I got an early bird pricing!

Amazing project management software for web dev agencies

My experience with Userback has been great so far. They are updating their software all the time and adding new features that are very helpful and add value to our project management activities. I would totally recommend this to other agencies.

Pros

This software is so easy to use and implement to give your clients an easy way of providing feedback on web dev or creative work. So far I haven't seen another software that does this so easily and with that great features.

Cons

Initially, I wasn't very fond of the UI but they have updated it and it is better now.
