Pros

My overall experience with Almabase has been excellent. They truly want us to be satisfied with their product and are open to suggestions and ideas that we may offer to add or improve something.
Product itself is super easy to use and the customer service is top-notch. Map feature is impressive and we have received great feedback from our alumni since launching recently.
The Almabase team provides outstanding customer services. Alumni database features are similar to products provided by other vendors, but we particularly like Almabase's communication/email features.

Pros

They have a wide variety of functionality, especially with report distribution and validation of new data coming into the system, which I truly love. Data entry processes are clean and easy to follow.
I really enjoy the ease in which I can access prospect information from my phone. It's also easy to synch plans on my calendar.
The customer service was awesome. They were very attentive to our issues and addressed them very professional.

Cons

Ve accidentally moved by cursor more than once while scrolling and had to fix a mistake, then do what I was trying to do.
I've been slightly disappointed by the lack of customization on the platform.
Also, masking of personal email ids put my fears of spamming to rest.

Cons

I do feel have many complaints. Sometimes I have trouble filtering when trying to find names but it could be my lack of expertise.
No API, and the built-in support for querying is cumbersome, unintuitive, and enough of a pain to work with that I just dig into the database directly for our reporting.
On a daily basis I'm usually interacting with the backend of ONE, querying the database directly. It's generally easy enough to work with, and I've encountered no major obstacles.
