Pros

Its performance is good and plenty of interesting features and regular updates / enhancements of functionality.
The new and innovative programs which are introduced frequently by the software for connecting alumni each other and making the admins ease of creating it for their institutions.
All the menu and tab, database management is good. Updation of live views and all profile is very helpful for admin.

Pros

The Customer service is wonderful and at hand to support you through whatever your concerns are. Great Product and highly recommended.
Therefore, we are glad that we have had the support of the Raklet team and would recommend you to use Raklet.
My overall experience with Raklet has been brilliant.

Cons

Sometime user experience is challenge. For example, after adding your batchmates functionality - navigation to Directory is lost.
Search/filter mechanism based on the experience (no. of years) of our alumni portal which is not available currently.
Payment gateway documents are submitted three weeks before but no updates from almashines.

Cons

Before Raklet, the management of our database was taking all our time and energy that we had to delay many projects due to the lack of human resource.
Some graphic limitation. As far as I know, it does not preview the possibility of sending Newsletter to people outside the Association, but only to registered Members.
I haven’t been using long enough to experience any negative issues that would be considered a con at this point. They are real clear with what can and can’t be done.
