Pros

There is a love/hate with ampEducator. I love the look of it, I like that it can be flexible and easy to use.
We appreciate the responsiveness of the tech support and I am always impressed with my personal interaction with AmpEducator's President.
Jamie - the president is very easy to get along with and will step in to solve even the simplest requests. For that we are grateful.

Pros

Up to now it was very good and helpful , both for me the administrator of the school but also for the teachers and students.
They engaged with us from the start helping to accomodate our needs and resolving issue quickly and with a smile.
It is very user friendly and helps with our everyday administrative duties.

Cons

I have seen improvements with this software but there are still little things that are bothersome.
I would update an address, and then when I'm ready to mail out a check, I would mail it to the wrong address.
There is no bulk enrollment option. For example, when inputting student grades it has to be done in single batches.

Cons

It has been having problems logging in lately more than in the past.
Finally not being able to have attachments in the email was another problem for us as we often send documents to clients.
Lack of reporting tools - it runs a basic export of information but any reports have to be done manually using this basic export of information.
