Easy online parent use, easy teacher use. The parents love the updates!

Food entry for teachers, inability to log out on app as parent and sign in as a teacher and vice versa. Would love to sign in as administrator via app as well.

Very easy to use. It seems to be a wonderful hit with the parents at my childcare center. Very easy to communicate with the parents.

Invoicing is a night mare Getting rid of old students records without even alerts is not a great feature Can't even see which kids need to pay for the month and what the upcoming total or totals for the month. Reports are very poor

I like how easy it is to communicate with the teacher. Previously, I would have to call the school to get in touch with the teacher, but now I can just send a message through the app in my phone and instantly connect with the teacher.

I wish the app would have photo editing tools.

It is easy and works great in our busy classroom!

The only thing I don't like is when our wifi is down we can't work the app.

Use this at my work to track children works great

It’s just hard to maneuver at first and takes getting used too.

The software is very intuitive and it is simple to figure out where to go in order to get something done. For instance, I want to take a photo of an activity and share it and tag students. It is simple and quick so I can go back to instruction without missing a beat. The messaging with parents is very easy as well.

I'd like a way to manage wait lists if that's in the works for the future.

Ease of use and the posting for daily sheets.

You cannot archive old staff. The payroll does not calculate overtime and payroll functionality is lacking.

The chat feature is great, can't contact teachers directly. The daily reports and the photos are great too. Great way to keep in contact with the people who are taking care of your children. Highly recommended.

Not the slickest looking but it works, never fails, and does what I need it to do.
