Brightwheel is a super easy software to use for both parents and teachers. It's user-friendly and a great way for teachers and parents to connect about the children.
As an administrator and teacher I am very busy so I love the ease of use and the many features. And if i ever have a question the help and follow up is next to none.
Overall it has been fantastic. Everyone I have spoken to has been great and they make the transition super easy with the check ins and helping with planning out the next steps.

Cons
File upload times are excessive. My tech director and early childhood director passed the app off to me (assistant principal) because they were sick of dealing with the horrid support team.
I dislike that you are unable to see your punch in and punch out time. You should be able to see your location at all time.
I have been able to spend more time focusing on the children rather than worrying about daily reports and telling every parent what we did at the end of the day.
