There’s nothing I really hate about the app

Easy to use. Help site is also easy to navigate. Wish the website had all of the functionality of the app

Customer support is almost nonexistent. And when they do respond they are rarely helpful.

I liked how easy it wasn’t to use.

The app would freeze a lot.

You can go back to see previous days and have instant communication with parents as well as personalized each child's day.

I wish parents could share pictures with us.

I like that this software allows you to manage the classrooms within your child care center all from one app.

This software requires parents to be aware of how to use it and some parents just don’t. So you have to have more than just this as means of communication.

I enjoy using this for my home daycare so parents are aware of what their kids are doing throughout the day. The can get real time updates of when their child uses the restroom, eats, sleeps, etc. It's easy to use and you're able to individualize for each child.

I'd like to have an option of knowing how long (hours and minutes) a child has been in my care for the day with the click of a button. We have a 48 hour limit per week for a child to be in our care and this would make it easy to calculate.

I love how it keeps everyday life of being an administrator of early child care so much more simple and organized.

There isn’t really anything that I don’t like about the app.

While we used Brightweel at home we were able to monitor our child while he was in day care. We could receive notifications, see photos and even pay the day care from it

When we took our child off from day care, they explained there was no way for them to take him out of the system, so to date, a year and a half later, we still get pending payment notifications.

I love how easy it is to update all the kids information through out the day

I dont like how if the wifi isnt working it hard to access it, then it becomes slow

The product should be rolled out in multiple countries.

Brightwheel surprised with some features like health care and meals management, in adition to financial management and billing, that makes me save hours per week to have more time with my childs.

I need this app to be home management too and it will become the best app ever. Seriously, they can improve or add a better classroom for learning from home.

A simple easy to use form of communicating with my sons child care facility and his teachers. Love that they post pictures!!!

Not knowing if the daycare receives my messages or not immediately or when until they respond. Which sometimes is awhile.

Brightwheel application is a very popular and easy to use app.The Brightwheel mobile app is very popular among Childcare schools and Parents. This is very good Child Care management application with many different features. Brightwheel has features like manage your classroom, Administer the respective child care schools related activities and easily engage with parents. Brightwheel helps the teachers to capture the daily attendance, upload photos for each child, add activities of each child and send messages to complete group or individual person at once. Brightwheel also provide options for Bill Pay for the parents to pay child fees, Parents can view the invoices and keep track on previous invoices.

Brightwheel has lot of useful features and very less cons or demerits. Brightwheel mobile app though is very popular but not used much for Bill payments. The earlier version of Brightwheel app was comparatively slower when you upload many photos at once. The app is more useful for Child care schools and less for the parents. There is less interactivity from parents to school and no options for parents to contact other parents.

I loved that this software was easy to use to get into contact with parents and share with them photos and information about their child so while they are at work, they know that their child is being taken care of.

I didn't like that this system sometimes crashed, or that it wasn't always the easiest to learn for new employees.

It allows easy communication with parents and care givers. Pictures that can be added, allow parents to see their child and what they’re doing.

Sometimes it can run slow but most of the time it works great.
