It is one of the amazing application which is cloud-based and enables working smartly. It is a great tool that aids in better working for learning.
The ease of signing and viewing all the assignments that are due or coming up. I was very impressed with how easy it was to get the hang of the features and maneuver around getting assignments done.
I like how once you create a template for your classes, it is easy to repeat and reuse this for future classes. I also like how all course documents are easy to link and integrate to your home pages.
Pros
When I have called customer support to ask questions, they have been very friendly and supportive in every way. I am fully pleased with my experience with Tuition Express as a daycare director.
The customer service is amazing. I called with questions and the girl was so nice and helpful.
I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, but decided to complete this survey anyway just to say that the customer service at Tuition Express is outstanding.
Cons
As a student this can be confusing and frustrating as I'm constantly searching for the information I need until I learn the instructor's organizational style.
As a parent, it was difficult to understand where some items were but I feel that was user error and not the platform.
Canvas does NOT have much customization as a user, which is a major downside to me.
Cons
I am unable to push funds back into a bank account in the case there was an error in billing.
The refund process and the documentation process for denials is too difficult to perform without technical support.
Recently, it has been having system errors. The parents are not able to submit payments if the system is down.
