Pros

Easy of use, simple to understand, good graphics...often it's even FUN. Enjoy the reinforcement "Gamification" sounds and graphics applied.
Always super supportive, and always there to help answer questions. From the initial sales process, to implementation, to ongoing support...I have been a fan.
DiscoverLink Talent is a great program to use and is easy on the budget. This program works well on tablets and phones but will work even better when the new app is fully functional.

Pros

Amazing multi language options which makes it possible to translate not only your ingredients but also the directions.
I think the software has great potential, I would even be interested in buying stocks if I could, i believe in Apic Base.
What I like most about this software is the easy user experience. Every button is self explanatory and all features are there for a reason.

Cons

Additionally, some of the courses are very glitchy and creates user frustration/ having to go back and repeat things. The less obstacles, the more buy in from the team.
Not the most intuitive UI (especially when trying to set-up external permissions) and a bit tedious with having to collapse sections all the time.
Sometimes the modules can stall out and take too long to load up in a browser but with the transition to HTML5 this has happened far less frequently.

Cons

This makes it a little time consuming to really exploit all features.
Missing that could manually adjust on the light.
IOS use has become tricky recently, losing the ability to search.
