We have loved the onboarding team! Lida has been so helpful in getting us setup for success. We we forced to migrate mid-year from another platform and Lida helped us to get setup to begin in March. 
Lida listened to our needs and how our program was set-up and gave practicals on the best way for us to setup our school for the 25-26 school year. They also heard our feedback on what aspects are important to us and are re-programming some features to implement for our 25-26 school year. 
The team is quick to respond and we truly feel like they listen to our needs. 
Although DreamClass is unable to fulfill all of our needs at the moment, we have been encouraged that our feedback is heard and that they will look to revisit in the near future. 
We are happy with our decision to move to DreamClass and look forward to our long partnership!

It is very evident that Follett Aspen cares about their customers and meetings their needs. I love that I can easily configure Aspen to meet the needs of my district initiatives.

Having to print 18 bus lists and manually cross out students and then add or remove additional students throughout the day as records change is tedious, time consuming and far too risky for error.

I like that we can create our own field sets so that we can search by First name and even parents names. I also like how easy it is to download info into excel spreadsheets.

Thereby threatening the safety of children if mistakes are made.

This software is not ready for prime time. It has been an embarrassment as a corporate roll out.

The most basic function that is missing is the fact that attendance doesn’t communicate with the Bus Manifests and remove and/or add students as their attendance info updates through the day.

Integrations with other software products - all broke. Do not waste tax payer dollars on this product.

We are working with Follett to provide easier access and seamless integration to 3rd party applications in areas outside SIS such as classroom support and collaboration tools.
