Axonify is amazing with all the features that it has. One of the opportunities to improve would be reporting. I'm referring here to SCORM Assessment integration as well as outlining in the reports who has or has NOT completed training materials. The progress reports are really in-depth but the missing part is who did NOT complete the learning. You can always find another way to get the information about No completion but it would be beneficial to have it available in the reports.

Axonify is a tool, and like any other tool, one must have clear intent and have a plan of attack. This LMS is smart, and you can make some genius experiences with it, but you definitely need to understand what you want to achieve, understand the features that are available to you, and build, with, intent. That being said, this LMS will multiply the efforts you put in for the benefits of your learners. Recommendation: Get a Customer Success Manager!

Microlearning elements are fantastic. Gamification and engagement can change how you deploy and track daily training within an organization when utilized properly.

Using path based training can block the daily training elements in the platform. Need to have a way to be able to do both in the platform so we can use this as a standalone LMS in our organization

Time friendly training with an impact. When we rolled out the first wave, it went off without a hitch and it shourtened our overall seat time.

Lack of data storage. With previous software were could house training records within the LMS. Axonfiy doesn't offer this functionality which causes us to have to maintain more than one source of training records. I would prefer to have the ability to run more reports. The reporting functions are a bit cumbersome.

I love that even though it is a good enough platform that it was my first choice when I was choosing an LMS, they have not stopped innovating. In many cases a new feature has been released just as I am anticipating a problem that would be perfectly resolved by that feature, such as the guided learning feature released last year.

Some of the organization of the platform doesn't always make sense to me. Some features are split so setting them up can require the admin to perform actions in several different sections of the platform, however, this is most likely a byproduct of the frequent updates. Since this is only a minor annoyance, it is well worth it to in exchange for the innovations and many of these inconveniences have been addressed in the updates so in my opinion, this is only a short term inconvenience.

What I like most is how microlearning is the foundation of Axonify. As a call centre, taking time to complete training is always a struggle and Axonify makes it easy. Every LMS we saw had the capability of assigning a quiz on a daily basis, but only Axonify had this built-in to their platform in an easy and user-friendly way. As an administrator, I can easily assign reinforcement content across the entire company with just a few clicks. And from the users perspective, all they need to do is login and they can get relevant content while having fun by playing games.

There are some reporting capabilities that could be improved with Axonify. There is a plethora of data available, and as an administrator it is relatively easy to navigate. However we need to keep our Leaders of learners in mind when looking at reports. Leaders want a quick and easy way to identify who has taken training, and who hasn't taken training. They want information readily available in as few clicks as possible, and while that information is in the platform sometimes it is not as easily accessible as I would like. We often rely on exporting information to Excel and sending it to Leaders via email.

The tool is modern, customizable and can do almost everything a traditional LMS system does, but a lot easier to use and manage. The software is excellent to deliver needed learning to the palms of our employees fast. The way Axonify has transformed from a microlearning platform to a more robust learning tool as been upmost helpful to adapt costly in-person courses to short eLearnings. Having the ability to create blended and personalized learning paths have helped us maximize our overall learning ROI.

Self-Directed paths and certifications is still new and evolving. Our business requires our employees to take trainings in a way that leaders can view their employee's progress . However, unless it is an assigned eLearning, tracking in Leaderzone is limited to export reporting. This make Leaderzone metrics unhelpful for our needs. It would be great to be able to customize Leaderzone metrics to improve user experience and to include Self-Directed progress in both Reports and in Leaderzone.

My biggest concerns are likely "growing pains" due to being relatively new on the LMS-scene. Hopefully some improvements will come over time. For example, we can't edit html to customize our content, change the look and feel, swap out icons, use embed codes...as a designer, I'm used to having more control over those things. So far, I would say that we have what we need from the Platform. I love that the Axonify product team continues to add additional features and make improvements to the Platform on a regular basis. No aspects of the product were difficult to use; however, because Axonify is not a pure LMS, it did take some time for us to get use to a few things: dashboards (versus running reports), how to gauge progress (it’s not a one and done as you are doing daily reinforcement, and changing behaviors and expectations (daily reinforcement, 3-5 minutes each day). Integration was not difficult once we figured out critical partners that needed to be included in the discussions.

This software is needed for training the employees

This software is easy to use but should have a way to chat with teh supervisor inside it

The ability to test user's knowledge retention using questions allows the organization to identify weak points. I like the ease of using Axonify on mobile or laptop settings and the ability to create programs and certifications

There aren't any areas of Axonify that aren't easy to use, the games used in the software can sometimes a long time to complete.

The registration process in the app can be cumbersome as it requires the user to know the URL of the platform. I wish that the app would be branded rather than being called Axonify.

Fun, variety and daily challenges keep people motivated to follow the training.

In order to have a wide variety of content, this requires a lot of work as each question must be added individually. It is not always easy to match the question templates with the reality of the questions available

It's perfect for reinforcement after a training session. It's quick to set up new questions, and the tracking behind the scenes really helps customize the experience for each user.

The Learning programs aren't very helpful - you're only supposed to have one, so I'm not sure why this layer of design has to exist at all. I'd also love it if the software had more live survey/quiz functionality. Then, questions could be reused for live sessions, as well as reinforcement. If we had that, we wouldn't have to use other tools and could just use Axonify.

I like that you can check facts pertaining to your job easily & quickly. You can use it on the computer or on your phone via app. All available information is just a click away

A lot of information is just repeated while some isn't explained enough. Finding what you need takes a bit because of that

It's easy to user for learners and I really like that LearnerZone is very straightforward.

The reporting exports can be developed further, it is quite hard to pull the reports you want as an admin. As an admin, adminzone isn't very user friendly and a lot of the processes are quite manual.

I find the organization of the administrative tools intuitive and easy to use. Axonify support has provided a lot of online resources, learning opportunities at their community conference, and easy access to knowledgeable support staff who know how to solve a problem quickly and easily, or move the request up the chain to the right people. As for the end user experience, the software is incredibly easy to use. We are still just a few weeks from launch but I find the training tool easy to use and the interface is easy to understand and not visually cluttered. There is a visual update coming in November 2019 which will improve the look even further to make it take on a more modern, "web-app" look.

I've had some issues with logging in because of the process involved with changing passwords that have been altered by the Admin. However my CSM and other support people I spoke to at the community conference were very helpful in getting everything straightened out.

The most impactful feature gained with using the Axonify software remains the knowledge we have shared across the board. Now, everyone has access to the latest information and the latest processes. The knowledge level has now leveled up for all team members helping us become a high performing team.

I dont find the use of Axonify for administrator as easy as portraid. I would have appreciated a map of the software right from the beggining, showing me the entire building map. Having some sort of a workflow showing how items correlate together. For example, how is content built in a program and how can we have multiple programs and what other side items do I need to know. How do I differentiate a topic from a subject from a area of interest and so on. These are all items I tend to confuse together and its only with trial an error that I can figure out what give me the output I am looking for in a user file.

Once a program is set-up, the software is easy to use. Our end-users have had NO issues becoming comfortable with the software.

What I liked least had nothing to do with the software per se', rather the lack of formal training. I first began working with the Axonify software 1 year ago and quickly became the appointed Administrator for any and all Axonify programs at Shire. How engaging and easy to use it is for Learners. Making training accessible and fun is important to training retention and Learner attitude towards learning/training in general.

This is an awesome product. Learners are able to log in each day and participate in microlearning sessions which are small bite-sized chunks of learning content without wasting time on the computer. The platform comes with a gamified interface that presents topics in a question-and-answer format.

Currently, there is nothing that I don't like about the Axonify software.
