Pros

Educa a great product for all ChildCare Centre's and The Great thing is Parents just love it.
Great tool for Educators, excellent system for parent to be connected and very easy to use.
We have been using Educa for a few months now and are thrilled with it.

Pros

Their technical support is outstanding. They are responsive to our suggestions to the product and incorporate chnages that improve their product.
We have saved so much time with 1-to-1. One console for managing our break/fix tasks is a life-saver.
The support is amazingly fantastic - you can submit a request for a change and within a matter or minutes, the change could be in place.

Cons

Some families do not have computer or smartphones that allows them to view learning stories. Some have limited access on the internet so it can affect some families.
Some of the things that this program does are not simple for me to understand. More because I am not computer literate enough rather than the program being at fault.

Cons

Missing additional printing features and some more validation.
All in one inventory and trouble ticket management system. It reduces our cost paying 2 separate system with invoicing.
I have a feeling this is user error on my part.
