Pros

It is easy to load content and teach from. I like the ability to have students appshare their screens and my ability to take control of their computer if needed to help them.
I like that it is geared toward educators, unlike many other webinar software. Its whiteboard, integration with Blackboard for ease of use, and breakout rooms are fantastic for teaching.
The software is pretty easy to use for tech-savvy people with good smart phones compared to older learners. I hope it was more user friendly for them.

Pros

It's easy to add constituents and edit. I loved the customer service... representatives were super easy to contact and worked quickly to resolve even nationwide issues.
Again, we liked it because of its integration with other programs but was too much and overwhelming for us to handle. It would have been nice if it was more user friendly and simpler.
The analytics is my favorite addition; while some dashboard tools exist in Raiser's Edge, in NXT they are fully thought out and allow for excellent reporting and visual depictions of our progress.

Cons

Students have missed entire live sessions because they were unable to connect during the specified class time. It has been a very frustrating experience.
The software occasionally has glitches or lags during virtual classes. Students and instructors have trouble logging in and staying in.
The installer for Collaborate occasionally causes students issues, esp. if they do not have admin rights on their machine, or they miss seeing the download sitting in their bottom tray.

Cons

Lack of dynamic querying from Lists. New features are released with (seemingly) little warning and adapting to some of them can throw off any given day or week.
Their service and support is awful. They make mistakes in invoicing and don't even try to fix them--corrections take months, and they'll turn off YOUR service/support for their mistakes.
There are usernames and passwords for Blackbaud's site, the hosting portal and Raiser's Edge, which confused some of my users and unnecessarily scared them away from trying to use the product.
