Pros

It is easy to load content and teach from. I like the ability to have students appshare their screens and my ability to take control of their computer if needed to help them.
I like that it is geared toward educators, unlike many other webinar software. Its whiteboard, integration with Blackboard for ease of use, and breakout rooms are fantastic for teaching.
The software is pretty easy to use for tech-savvy people with good smart phones compared to older learners. I hope it was more user friendly for them.

Pros

The experience has been and on the few occasions we had some issues, the Livestorm customer care Team was prompt in resolving the issue and showing us how best to get the most out of the platform.
More, you can customize almost everything which is a great advantage. Finally, the support team are very helpful and responsive : they're always ready to help and give good advices.
The reminder emails are awesome and I'm confident that the emails led to an increased attendance rate overall. Did I mention how great the polls are.

Cons

Students have missed entire live sessions because they were unable to connect during the specified class time. It has been a very frustrating experience.
The software occasionally has glitches or lags during virtual classes. Students and instructors have trouble logging in and staying in.
The installer for Collaborate occasionally causes students issues, esp. if they do not have admin rights on their machine, or they miss seeing the download sitting in their bottom tray.

Cons

Initial complaint was brushed of as a technical error. Someone did call us to apologize and offer us a "compensation" only if we subscribed for one year.
I mean, the first time I used it I was a bit lost and could not find the Start Webinar option. Maybe They could have had it bigger or vibrate or something.
Guests have audio issues frequently and if they have to dial in it's very confusing and frustrating. If you have a guest speaker that would like to dial in this platform will not work for you.
