Compared to hipchat Ryver is much better in connectivity and ease of use. I can say that it is competitive in the chat system category.

The support was horrible, most of them are salesman and when they redirect to the specialist at the end is openning a ticket because they do not know neither.

No direct integration for download the record of use you need to use api to get this information. We had a problem with the LTI the integration started to direct any group to the same room.

Cons

I dislike the inability to understand who is speaking to whom within large conversations, as well as the inability to easily understand how to use the software to private IM, send direct replies etc.

The only thing I dislike about this product is its method of API. It uses Zapier, which does charge a fee for 6 or more integrations.

If you accidentally hit the call option to someone, it does not have the end call option. Need to relaunch to end it.
