I was able to look up class schedules/assignments. Online classes where you can raise your hand, ask questions, etc virtually. Fair sound/video quality for virtual classes.

It is not as user friendly, sometimes it was too difficult to find what I needed. It appears that it was difficult to use on the teacher end as well as they were constantly needing help or having difficulty loading their content online.

This is a program my old school used for our classes.

Blackboard is easy to use for students and professor, it's nice to have all of our classes and information located on one platform.

Our school sometimes shuts down Blackboard or has an outage, I'm not sure if this is the fault of FSU or Blackboard

I think blackboard is hard to navigate. Also wen you have assignments that you finish it should check it off list

Blackboard was a great tool that I used when I was a student in order to keep in contact with my professor and classmates. It also allowed me to view assignment, past and upcoming. It helped me stay organized and on time with all of my assignments.

Not a con towards Blackboard, the school I was attending just switched from Blackboard to Canvas. At this time, I don't dislike anything about Blackboard.

I like Blackboard because it's made going to school online, for me, much more personal. I love that I can access it from my phone too.

Sometimes, when there are too many students on at the same time, it will freeze or stop. It gets really good irritating.

I used blackboard in college to submit assignments and collaborate with my professors. I did not have any problems with this. It was easy to use and functional, even for the person who is not too tech-savvy.

I have no complaints about Blackboard. Everything I needed was either on the page when I logged in or easy to find in the tabs provided for you.

There is not much that I like about Blackboard Collaborate. The quality of video and sound is poor, it is hard to find the featured buttons such as Raise Hand. It is also slow to load larger images when someone is sharing a slide.

I have a very hard time getting into the application from my university website. Sometimes I have do download a lecture twice, it will be marked as a threat to my computer, and it does not always find the correct speaker to attach to.

It is a great way to know what is going on in the online line school. Keeps the kids up to date on their assignments

I wish there was more functionality. If I really want to know what is going on with his schooling, I have to email the teacher and ask. This just gives you the basics of what is going on with the kids schooling.

I enjoy the capabilities of this software. I used this platform while enrolled in school and we heavily relied on the grading, scheduling breakdown, and messaging.

I believe adding a planner to the platform would greatly benefit students. Should investigate this option.

Professors should use this software in their teaching. Whether high school or college, it allows them to be open with students and easily send out updates.

There was some connectivity issues when using the video chat feature when collaborating in a class. The user face could be updated.

I have used blackboard since high school and it only gets better. I love how customizable it is for every teacher and how easy it is for students to use!

I have run into multiple glitches when teachers update information and there is a delay for students.

I've used a variety of Blackboard platforms from school specific portals to more generic uses for younger ages and it's very easy to figure out how to use from the getgo.

I have definitely had glitches where there is a lag and it's hard to keep up with a string of conversation with collaborators.

GREAT for collaborating, great for uploading homework/projects that you're working on and collaborating others on group projects. Very helpful and awesome Cloud software that helps students, teachers, and coworkers share work and collaborate on it.

I wonder what Blackboard will do to avoid getting wiped out by Google Drive and other free apps/programs that do the same or a similar job? It will need to continue to innovate a lot to stay valuable, but as of right now it's great for group projects and uploading work for businesses or schools.

This app is for all the people who are studing or working in houses, is so easy to use and they have a lot of settings to had more control. You can upload any document for all your workers or for your students.

Honestly this app is a little outdated but it's a good app. I mean nowadays there are a lot of this type of page for students and for some industry, and this app has not more diference than the others.

Used this software apart of blackboard while going to school. It was easy to connect once invited by an instructor and made screen sharing easy. Connection issues and lag were mainly due to internet connectivity.

User interface seemed a little dated but nothing to cause not using the software over. Overall it was good and easy to use.

This has been great for online meetings/classes during the COVID-19 outbreak. I can attend all my classes from the safety of my home.

I do not like that you can only see four screens at a time. If you want to see if other people are engaged during your meeting/class, you cannot scroll through to see their webcam.

I like that blackboard has every piece of information that I need in regards to my school assignments. Not having to go to the site and login is a plus when it comes to doing my task. I can also and question and get answers right away with this software.

I see that they have take the virtual assistant off of the blackboard. Many of us depended on this to help us when the school wasn't open. I am sure if you put Iven back on that we would use him he was such a help.
