Pros

It is easy to load content and teach from. I like the ability to have students appshare their screens and my ability to take control of their computer if needed to help them.
I like that it is geared toward educators, unlike many other webinar software. Its whiteboard, integration with Blackboard for ease of use, and breakout rooms are fantastic for teaching.
I like that fact that i can communicate with my professor live and that is wonderful. I like the way our assignments are already posted and all you have to do is just click and start your assignment.

Pros

Overall experience has been good. Very happy for the product and how it helps us stay organized with the tickets we have coming in.
It's a very easy to use with very good features that really help make the job much easier. I really learned a lot thanks to it, becaus zendesk helps me know my applicacion even better.
The experience with Zendesk is very good, it has helped me to better organize the incidents, give them priority and also be able to obtain very good statistics to analyze the work of the team.

Cons

Students have missed entire live sessions because they were unable to connect during the specified class time. It has been a very frustrating experience.
The text box that students use on Blackboard is terrible. The autocorrect of the text box is unable to recognize a lot of words and claims that it is not a real word and gives a red line underneath.
The installer for Collaborate occasionally causes students issues, esp. if they do not have admin rights on their machine, or they miss seeing the download sitting in their bottom tray.

Cons

I dislike that unless you are communicating within the actual Zendesk software with your admin/technical support team, it comes through as a confusing email thread that is hard to follow.
Tremendously disappointing for a company that sells ticketing software to have such a poor interaction when it comes to using it.
Its routing function is slow, and it is not automatable. Another problem is (ironically) your tool for managing and tracking problems, it's slow.
