We started with EZ-camp in 2013 and our experiences from day 1 have been nothing but positive. Every person we have dealt with, for whatever reason, have always been highly professional and very pleasant to deal with. The customer support turnaround time is very quick and very rarely have we had a problem that wasn't solved. I highly recommend EZ-camp to other camp operators in our area.
The ease of use between EZ-camp and weblink. We do over 3000 enrollments online for the season. The download, confirmation and ease to send email invoices is a tremendous plus.
We have early bird, regular and premium pricing that changes from March to June. We offer 35 different programs so it's labor intensive to have to change all those prices by having to touch each program in weblink and then EZ-camp.

Wonderful product but the customer support is what really makes this superior. They are always asking for suggestions from users and upgrade often to make it easier for us to use. I highly recommend this product and staff!
Windows version is so easy to understand. Great on-line webinars and wonderful customer service. I have never experienced a difficult person when calling for support.
Minor report complexities.
Our experience with EZ-CAMP2 has been great. The customer support is outstanding and the system was easy to set up and learn. It is designed specifically for camp management, which was a big plus when selecting this provider. It is reliable and fairly easy to operate for any size of the business. If you are a small business, this product is for you as you don't have to have a technology department to set it up or operate. The only reason I am ranking it less than 5 stars in some categories is that we wish it was more user-customizable and more comparable in cost per user with some of the newer web-based CRM applications that are currently available on the market for small businesses. Nevertheless, we are quite happy with EZ-CAMP2 and their customer service is exceptional.
