What I like most is that you have all you need in the same tool and it is very easy to use from the candidate's perspective. As well, the admissions team has the candidate's files, the candidate's status and latest activity at a glance. The tool can be customize with the Business School image and the candidate feels as it was in the Business Schools campus. On the other side, the fact that you can make segments, it makes your emailing campaigns more effective.
The tool does not offer good analytics and data yet. I know they are working on that. Now that the admission package is very well developed, it will be very useful to have some sort of analytical data per month comparing different academic years.

We’ve been working with Full Fabric for 7 years now, and overall my experience has been very positive. In the past we had one of those "one size fits all" kind of CRM, and previous to that we had an in-house software that made us 100% dependable of our IT team. Since working with Full Fabric, we stopped wasting time with excel lists. We are able to see the "business" in real time...who filled in the references, who is writing the essays, who started an application, and we are able to quickly follow up. Honestly, I feel that we've been growing alongside with Full Fabric. The support is great, they always try to bring added value to our own processes, and the software is evolving along with our needs.
How easy it is to see the (recruitment) status of a class; plus it is great to have the ability to add notes to each profile. It allows the entire team to be up to date with any applicant. It has served us well in a period we had 2 people in maternity leave at the same time and had to hire new teammates. Full Fabric integrates events and email campaign features, allowing us to nurture our leads.
I wish the students’ portal content management was more intuitive.
