Customer Service is excellent and very friendly.
The software is easy to use and a good fit for smaller educational organizations but lacks some functionality and reporting of other SIS programs that I have used (FACTS and Blackbaud).
User interface could be changed, integration of sections, certain reporting features should be enhanced.
