Pros

Trust me when I say I scout out all the time and have yet to find something as good as or better. These guys are the best in the business and we have been very happy with them every step of the way.
Overall great program that has a smooth interface and functionality for our purposes. Customer service are great to help with any and all questions.
We are super happy that we decided to switch to I Classpro. Great customer service and very open to suggestions on changes to help streamline functions.

Pros

Cons

M sure most issues are user error but it can be frustrating. Not being able to reset families passwords anymore has become a big inconvenience and running reports can be tricky.
I hate that you have to use a keyword all the time to process reports. Should be able to have a selection during registration on how they heard about the program, excel spreadsheet for all reports.
There have been glitches in the past that have caused loss of data and poor customer service to our clients. Overall, the response has been helpful, but not always prompt.
