Pros & Cons

Need Updating 

It's good.  But I'm spending too much money for the amount of time I have to spend figuring out how to use the software.  The only reason I haven't switched to a different software is that iClassPro offers all the features I use and the other software I've migrated to for portions of my business (because it's drastically cheaper and easier to use) doesn't yet cover some of the key portions of my business.

Great Product

The overall software experience was good. They have a lot of positive elements that would make for a great experience for a Swim School. We just wanted more engagement and support, especially during the launch timeframe.

Overall, our experience has been great with iClass.  The software works well and the staff is very helpful when we do need to call for support.  Other than the times the site goes down and sometimes, when we call the hold times can be long, we have had a wonderful experience.

Great software for programs and camp registration

When I opened my gymnastics school I started out using iClassPro and made a huge mistake when I wanted to try something else that cost a little less. I experimented with 2 different software and neither could touch the functionality or value of iClassPro. Needless to say I returned and I won't be shopping around again anytime soon.

I hate that there are only 2 options for the classes. Revolving or new session.

Reports are frustrating. Its very difficult to get a picture of the past or future.

I like the way it is integrated with the coaches roll sheets and skill charts. I also love that it is a live system that parents can enroll through from home.

One of the features we enjoy most is the parent portal. Allowing parents to register on line for classes and events has saved us time and increased revenue.

M struggling not being able to attach two credit cards to one account. We have several families that are divorced and they each want to pay their 1/2 on auto pay and we can’t do that.

It allows me to run efficiently and professionally. The cost is reasonable and the processing fees are good.
