Customers seem to like using the online registration feature and it's great that it shows them in real time what classes have current openings.

Pros

Easy searches for students and families and classes. The party pro package is great for our birthday parties and easy for customers to book online.

Cons

Some of the reports I'd like to run aren't available with the parameters I need.

This software does it all: Class Scheduling, Attendance, Skill Tracking, Invoices, Insurance reports, and so much more!

Pros

I went from doing all my gym enrollment and fee management by hand, to having an automated system in place that would execute it all for me!

Cons

I like that they constantly adding new features however, once it's up and running I haven't adopted the new features as quickly as I would like.

iClass revolutionized our ability to cut back on office management and focus our time and budget on coaching.

Cons

I wish that I was able to interact with reports more. The reports are fairly limited and I wish I could load a report and then change filters as I would be able to in the student or family filters WITHOUT running a new report.

Before that we were using an in-house solution and were not able to offer online registration or mobile attendance tracking.

Pros

Online registration is simple and easy to use for customers.

Cons

In the beginning of using iClassPro there were a few features missing that required a work-around. Since then those features plus new features have been added through their continuous updates.

Pros

It’s very user friendly and self explanatory which is helpful when training new employees how to use it!

Cons

There seems to be a few glitches sometimes where we will delete a student but they still appear or where their birthdate messes up. Not often at all though.

I like the management software.

Pros

One place that we can organize, set up class schedules, communicate with both customers and staff, take attendance, set up tuition and other charges along with take payments.

Cons

We would like the ability to inactivate/delete programs and change dates of sessions after enrollments begins. I would also like to see when inputting class tuitions on an account. After the tuition is charged, the class greys out in the drop down menu. Some of the students take multiple classes per month.

Overall, setting this up for clients who had physical location and connecting was great. Using this tool from just a user side gave a point of view of what was needed. I have seen some people implement this far better than we were able to, it fit our needs at the time as well.

Pros

The ability to keep parents in the loop while sending certificates and track the children progress is awesome.

Cons

When we were setting up our store we had some bug issues, they were minor issues but it did slow the progress initially. it appears a lot of them were user error but some were implementation error.

I like the simplicity of managing a business from customer information all the way down to merchant services offered.

Easy setup process and information transfer with help of customer service reps. The cons for the system are minimal compared to the pros.

Pros

Comprehensive solution for scheduling lessons and birthday parties, customer management and online access for parents and staff.

Cons

Notes are difficult to work with because there isn't one simple place to see or search for them for account related information, student information, enrollment information, etc. There isn't a designated option for managing private lessons. Mass text messages can't be sent from the 'classes' page and filtering specific classes or days is cumbersome at best in the 'family' and 'student' pages and that is important for contacting specific classes for cancellations, make-ups, etc.

It does everything we need to do. You can use the base functions to get up and running and then as you use it you begin to discover all the advanced functions. You can search for families, and students in many ways. It is a complete gym package.

Cons

Financial reporting is not robust. Integration into Quickbooks would be great.

I don't know how I ran my business before getting ICP. I can check anytime how many new students we have, drop out students, who is behind on their payment, etc. I definitely cannot live without it now.

Pros

Control over students paying on time, monthly reports, attendance control, control over the Front Desk Staff.

Cons

It took us between 6 months to a year to learn all the features and still learning, some processes are long and it would be good to have fewer steps for payments, for example.

I think iClassPro does a great job of providing their customers with support in setting up the system. They were available to answer any questions I had and allowed time in getting it off the ground.

Pros

It allowed us to easily access all of the families in class, take attendance, run reports and more.

The software is customizable. Though we have asked several times for a few small changes to be made, the team will not do it.

Our parents always tell us how easy their parent portal is to register for classes, make payments, and see available class openings.
