When you call, you speak to a person and it’s usually the same person which is nice. Super friendly and helpful.

Overall great program that has a smooth interface and functionality for our purposes. Customer service are great to help with any and all questions.

I love the ease of the system, especially for those that are not computer literate. I do love the reports for the most part.

It's fairly simple and clean to use. Mostly good customer interaction and they do a great job of communicating new features.

I have used several other softwares and spent so much time trying to figure things out. Iclass is VERY user friendly and if you need help their articles are so great.

We started our business approximately 18 months ago, and this has been a lifesaver. We are able to create and enroll students with ease.

The attendance taking capabilities have been very useful with our coaches. Customer service and software support have been very helpful as well.

I like the interface and how clean it is to get to where you need to go. I also really enjoy the kiosk features.

I hate that there are only 2 options for the classes. Revolving or new session.

Reports are frustrating. Its very difficult to get a picture of the past or future.

I like the way it is integrated with the coaches roll sheets and skill charts. I also love that it is a live system that parents can enroll through from home.

One of the features we enjoy most is the parent portal. Allowing parents to register on line for classes and events has saved us time and increased revenue.

M struggling not being able to attach two credit cards to one account. We have several families that are divorced and they each want to pay their 1/2 on auto pay and we can’t do that.

It allows me to run efficiently and professionally. The cost is reasonable and the processing fees are good.

Reliable and worth the investment

Great

We love iClassPro at Nebraska Cheer Center.  Its Parent Portal and Mobile Attendance are far superior than its competitors offerings.  We try to be as paper free as possible at NCC and these two features allow us to do that.  No more paper registration forms or printed attendance forms!
The one con that I have about the software is that the point of sale (pro shop) transactions are very manual, but I have heard that it is a planned enhancement.

Great Start 

iClass Pro has been a great tool for our business.  It not only makes our lives easier, but it is great for our customers to be able to log in and view their accounts online and also make online payments.  Having been in the business for over 15 years I have used all kinds of accounting programs.  I prefer iClass Pro over all of the others!  The best part is the customer service and how quickly problems are solved.

Thank goodness we discovered iClass Pro.  After 20 years in the business we recognized a winner when we saw it.  It's features have allowed us to work more efficiently with much less man power.  Our customers were so excited to get a web based registration program so they could register for our classes anytime from anywhere.  My only disappointment is that we did not discover it sooner.

Nice tool for this Niche

iClassPro has allowed me to be with my family instead of spending all the time billing and scheduling all my clients. I get to text and email all my clients very easily and now that everything is on my website almost all my registrations are done online and a computer in my front desk. no more lines.. wahooo

no more late nights at the office!

Hi there the only con I have with your product is that it needs to be more Australian-friendly/focused. Its very much Americanised which is great if your running a business from the States but not so ideal from Australia.
