Excellent customer service. Reasonable pricing.
The usability of the system is excellent (both for admin and users). The courses are succinct and clear.
We've love to be able to add our own SCORM files, so we can keep all our courses on the same platform.

I have used iHASCO in a number of my previous companies, in some it was already there in others I brough it in. Their courses are inexpensive, flexible and relevant to the workplace and hit compliance requirements.
the majority of the courses are accredited by professional organisations making the learning and certificates meaningful
just picking the right package for your needs, there are a lot of options to choose from

Excellent experience which has reduced a vast amount of the administration around training. Also ensures that every new starter completes the relevant courses within a relevant time period. Love the fact that there are constantly new courses being added and we purchase extra credits that we use for Wellbeing of our staff by offering a vast array of soft skills courses which can be accessed at home or at work by all of our staff.
Ability to easily allocate courses, pass marks, frequency of training and add users is really simple and quick.
Initial integration to our own in-house learning management system was difficult but once set up it works perfectly.

Its fair to say we haven't had any problems with IHASCO. Any questions, queries, are dealt with in a timely manner and the service is efficient. If the problem can't be dealt with immediately, it is dealt with promptly once investigations have been made.
The e-learning itself is to the point, administration is user-friendly, no complicated issues logging in for the learning and the administrator. The Training is straightforward and explained in an easy to understand format.
I would like to see a clearer visual of the courses our credits are currently paying for. Maybe, some visual links to alternative or similar courses that may be of interest, these could be added by the account manager who will have a clearer understanding of the business. This information usually comes by email but it would be helpful for the administrator to see it in a clear straightforward fashion, click to buy option.

Overall the experience has been positive. We have regular check-ins with our account manager to review our subscription, and they regularly review and update the content on offer
There's a great catalogue of content, and the platform itself is really easy to implement and for users to navigate.
We still need to find a way that it could integrate with our existing HRIS, and I feel like we need to do some work to see how best we can build some learning paths.
Hi Graham, thank you so much for both your positive and constructive feedback! If there is anything else we can help you with please don't hesitate to get in touch.

It is simple to set up and use and has a broad range of subject matter, but it is relatively basic
It is simple to navigate and remembers users completion level, if they want to break and carry on later.
It does not have much interactivity, only surveys and the odd quickfire question which are all multiple

The entire process from ordering to implementation was very well coordinated with iHASCO. Their staff are extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable of their training suite. Special mention to my account manager - who not only really took the time to explain all the functions and provide the exact assistance I was looking for but also came across in a professional manner and making the whole training process a real positive experience. They really are a top team who look after their clients and the cost for the course was very reasonable and I have no doubts that we will be using them again for further training courses. Thank you iHASCO!
The ease of use to set up for the business was a great advantage to using the third-party software. Clear and concise menu layout - a very uncluttered dashboard and the suits me just fine.
If I had to be picky I would say that adding users without an email address took some hunting around the software but in all fairness to iHASCO, my account manager was quick to help me and now it is second nature to me to add an employee through the system.

Excellent. We can now train our whole work force in health and safety in a flexible and cost effective manner.
High quality visual aids to accompany the narrative
Reporting tool at the back end could be easier to use. I need to produce a report showing who has completed which courses and cannot do this in a single report. I have to download info. for each course individually and then combine it on a single spreadsheet, which is time consuming.
Hi Sue, Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! I'm also pleased to be able to you know there is a consolidated training report you are able to produce which will give you everything you need in one report. Either myself or your account manager Sue Webb would be more than happy to talk you through how to do this. If there is anything else I can help with please let me know. Best Regards Amanda Lowndes

I always find the iHasco courses engaging and interesting especially when compared to other training slides where it feels like they go on forever.
It helps having clear and good quality audio and visual slides rather than having to read pages and pages of info instead.
Can't think of any cons really. Good course all round.
Hi Dan Thank you for the lovely feedback!v Really pleased to see you find our training engaging and interesting. Please do feel free to contact me if there is anything else I can help with. Amanda Lowndes

Very easy to use system. Well laid out and easily accessible.
Very well laid out with logical progression through the required learning. Very easy to follow with just the right amount of information. Having done several fire training days, I found this one of the best. Covered the same content but in significantly less time.
None. I did not come across any issue with the software
Thank you for the lovely feedback!

Remote staff have access to training without having to come to the office. As the admin I have access to certificates and results etc of those remote based staff and sub-contractors.
The inclusion of the info on tablets and phones.
Nothing much wrong. It as good as I hoped.

We have had a great support network, everyone is friendly and things get delt with right away
I like the corses like how short the videos are
I dont like the fact that there are not a few different levels as some of these questions are really easy and others are really testing and having a range of people here - with diversity in mind would be nice to have mayve 2 levels and a managers one

The Account Manager has been very helpful and clearly explained how I could access the various administrator functions, which allows me to view progress, print off reports, email staff and add training to specific staff. The option for the administrator to try out a course before purchase is very helpful as it allows us to assess if it is suitable for staff.
I was very impressed with this software. The videos helped explain the theory. It was very clear and easy to understand. The instructor spoke slowly and clearly. Links to further information are very useful. Easy to sign on and return to training, or redo the training or sections of it are beneficial.
To be honest I can't really fault it. I have used iHasco now for a few years and they have improved the user experience. The only problem we have experienced is sound, but after investigation it turned out that it wasn't the iHasco software, but our end, so we just needed to purchase headphones for some computers.

Nothing really. I suppose it's a blessing that you can hide the tab when you see how unhelpful this particular content is. I also like the goals of the people who made it - it is genuinely a very good aspiration to look after your staff's mental health, it's just terribly executed.
It seems all wrong for something purporting to help people deal with mental health issues. I'm sure the aim is good - remove the stigma around mental health etc, but it's all phrased as if you can just change your approach and be happy, not depressed. Telling people to replace negative thoughts with positive ones isn't massively helpful, for example. Also, I know it's a feature of the software, but I couldn't help imagining people with mental health problems thinking, 'OK, I'm being made to watch these videos - I'll actually turn the sound up and watch them all the way through' and then feeling even more hopeless afterwards.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest review after looking at our Mental Health Awareness Training. The course has been designed to talk about mental health openly and to remind people that there are many small, daily tools that you can use to improve it, but not every option will work for all. We wanted to offer a range of insights and options for people who sit at all different places on the spectrum - including those that are maintaining good mental health and those that want some new things to try. We also offer awareness of - and signposting for - people that are struggling with poor mental health or mental illnesses. We hope this course helps to highlight the importance of looking after yourself, and how your organisation can look after you. Please do feel free to contact me directly if there is anything else I can help with or with any ideas that you feel could improve the course content and delivery. All feedback is greatly appreciated.

easy to access, easy to use, clear and easy to understand
I did want to do the test again as I made 2 silly mistakes, but even though the sections all had a tick next to them, I had to go through the whole course again before I could do the test. I am sure I used to be able to just re-do the test in the past, and this is the impression that it gives on the screen information.

The course was brief and yet very informative. I learnt and revised a lot of important ans useful information regarding saying safe anywhere, not just my workplace.
It was very user friendly and kept to a decent length.
Sometimes the videos went on a little bit. Some of the questions, like percentages are not really useful in my opinion. I'd rather be tested on techniques regarding how to stay safe.

Gained Certificate in Fire Safety Awareness
Ensures that you spend time on each topic. Can go back and replay sections. Clear, succinct and informative.
Some of the final quiz answers are ambiguous - particularly the question on foam extinguishers. The question does not specify the class of fire. On class A, they are used to remove the source of heat. On other types of fire, both the remaining answers can be correct The question should be more specific

It relates to all issues. gives examples if necessary and it touches up every single element. Gives full details of all fire extinguishers too which is so valuable.
I don't this there is anything I don't like, I enjoyed every single slide and the end of each slide where there is a summary too.

The software is easy to use. It is interactive and has a mixture of videos, information to read and questions to check your progress.
On the 'Where is asbestos' section there is a button that says 'Launch exercise'. This was missed and I clicked on continue by mistake without doing the exercise. To help solve this problem it would be better if the user was unable to go to the next page without completing the exercise first. This would be similar to the continue button being 'greyed out' when the videos are playing.

Better informed on H&S matters
Easy to use and navigate your way around the software. All the information is clearly explained Nice use of video and graphics. Allows you to go at your own pace
Better sub titles - not always able to have volume turned up ? Not great on a mobile phone ? Having to provide a review with a min 100 characters

Clear and concise. easy to follow. Can go backwards and clarify correct understanding. This is my fourth course I have completed now with this software and it is my favourite medium for learning. Much easier than reading of a book. Hopefully more to come in the future.
Nothing really. The only downside is sometimes getting the time to sit through. Would be helpful if having to break off and come back later being able to go straight back to the point you finished at as opposed to back to the beginning

easy to use as I can complete it from anywhere
It wasn't too long but enough time was spent listening and answering questions to cover the course knowing you had increased your knowledge on the subject
nothing comes to mind apart from the twenty questions is a lot but the pass rate is very fair. I did learn a lot from doing the course
