Our new reporting features include financial reporting as well as ways to keep safety and allergies of students top of mind. We'd love for you to check it out and let us know what you think. 

A lot of information gathered and organized in an easily retrievable and usable format.

Overall this has been a very useful tool.  

Overall this is a good program I would recommend to small centers.

We were looking for a database that would be web based for our daycare. We really like how Jack Rabbit is easy to use and allows us to communicate effectively with parents. It keeps a record of all e-mails sent to families including statements. The customer service is helpful and responds to requests promptly.

I enjoy Jack Rabbit's home page and how it tracks revenue, aging accounts, and family enrollment.

We do not use the parent portal but hope to do that soon since we are in the process of exploring credit card options.

The best thing about the product is loading families and keeping records overall I have enjoyed this product, I love the ability to track payments, shot records etc.

Great for tracking staff hours for payroll, great for check in and check out of children and ability to access information regarding attendance.

Software has been very easy to use, and is user friendly. The two times I had to contact customer service, they were wonderful.

Their ability to not only explain but to make videos on the particular issue you need help with is beyond helpful. That is the primary reason we are still with the Jackrabbit.

I'm not sure what their uptime is, but maybe once or twice a year, there will be a server outage. This can be inconvenient as we use the software to run the entire music school.

I like the reliability of the product and how supportive the team is.

There are so many options to customize, that it can be difficult to find the data you want. E.g. one drop down menu has the wrong option selected, so you get no results.).

The product is easy to use and their customer service staff and training staff have been awesome.

It is very comprehensive with lots of options for customization. It is easy to get up and running with some features, and then add in more as you go.

I like how user-friendly the product is and the customer service.

Easier to track data... but there's a learning curve in figuring out the exact search parameters to access that data. But customer service is amazing - they are easy to reach and quick to help.

The fact onl y one user can use the service at a time is frustrating.

It is a fairly easy system to use that is reasonably priced.

Parent is very easy to access we use it daily and the transition from a different app to parent was super easy the team at parent are very supportive and available to communicate with them anytime.
