Flexible, usable LMS with a lot of features and extensions.I believe Moodle has the biggest community of developers within the LMS softwares
You have to be a developer, at least for support you need to know how to manage a CMS

Low cost LMS (free, except the setup, hosting and maintenance costs) and has pretty much everything what LMS should have.
The user interface doesn´t look very nice. We have tried various templates, but none of them was nice and user friendly.

Overall, this LMS get the job of an LMS pretty well, but from my personal experience using my university Moodle site, it is lack of feature that make LMS easy to use.
Support many formats, build in markdown editor, and detailed course calendar.
UI is old and it's sometimes buggy, also it's not integrated with popular document apps like Google Docs, Spreadsheet, etc, which is unfortunate. There is also no notification on email or desktop pop-up when there is something like a coming-up deadline and new homework.

Highly functional, somewhat complicated, free LMS
Moodle is free; developers are active, so there are regularly-released new features and bug fixes.
The user interface is complication; features can be complex; backup and restore of courses can be painful or may not work at all.

Solid LMS option for online learning.
Online LMS without the hefty price tag. Moderately recognizable name in the academic industry. Good customization options once UI is streamlined for instructors.
An effective UI requires a very strong digital team for setup and frequent updates/maintenance. Not as turnkey as Blackboard, Brightspace, and other options.

We've long considered Moodle the Wordpress of LMS, allowing users high levels of customization. With multiple themes and plugins, you can build exactly the LMS you need for your unique needs.
With the ability for great customization comes the need for a team with the technical know-how to set up the system in the specific way you need it. While there are some great turn-key options, building a course to to your specifications does require a little bit of effort.

Our institution is using Moodle LMS, It is a great tool to bridge students and lecturers.
I used it for four years to upload assignments for grading. Lecturer could able to conduct online exams and send instant gradings.
There is no dislike on this product. It is highly recommended open-source LMS.

Since I was told to create a LMS within weeks Moodle was the savior for me. All the infrastructure is in-built and what I need to do was just to enter the materials and to fix the grades. This is really a lifesaver. I could schedule assessments and assignments also with the moodle and that was really clever. Just a time slot selecting did the job.
This is very much reliable and easy for making LMS as it would take months to hard code LMS system manually. But with Moodle what we need to do is to select our desires and to enter the learning materials and grades etc. After we set up the environment the LMS has been created.
It is sometimes difficult to understand the process for a beginner and also the UI is not much attractive.

LMS , interactive and learning features are excellent for anyone.you’ll love it .

Positive.
I used it a lot while working at the University of Albert in Canada. I used it as an Instructor and later, a few years down the road as an Advisor for newcoming international students. It was great when I needed to share a file with a group quickly or post homework. Also, once I had a course designed in Another LMS I would just host it there. It pretty convenient.
It’s not an independent straightforward LMS with complex content authoring tools or virtual classroom abilities.

I have been using Moodle since I enrolled in university and COVID pandamic surrounds the world. Online education is much easy with Moodle. During university you can access your courses through Moodle. It is very friendly app. I learned a lot by it.
Having access to different universities LMS and friendly usage I like the most
Testing system is the feature I least like. This feature needs much improvements.

The experience form both management of the platform and end user aspect has been very good. The user community is very helpful in providing support and tips for installations, upgrades, and general maintenance. There is a very broad install-base that helps to support the product.
Most important was the ease of adding individual courses and the content within (exams, assignments, presentations, etc.). User (student) administration is also quite simple as well as grading and grading report functionality.
The cosmetic/visual aspect of the LMS is not up to par with popular LMS systems such as Canvas or Brightspace. Themes can be applied, but even so - they feel and appear slightly dated compared to that of a modern UI.

Moodle is best LMS platform i have ever used.
Free and customizable. Easy to access and easy to learn. It support various kind of useful operations such as online submitting , grading , feedback and discussion forums. All resources can be found in one place. deadlines are marked in calendar.
Mobile app of moodle has some minor issues. such as it is not support windows phones. it don't have user friendly interface.Sometime mobile app has some connections issue.

Virtual LMS that is free and easy to use.
Moodle is a full packaged Learning Management System that has a huge array of different features that teachers would need to fully manage a virtual classroom. Moodle is free and open source. It is easy to use and manage. Users can add announcements, files, virtual quizes, homework, ect. There are also features for backing up you class page which personally I find useful so when I build a new course I can import things I have previously done.
Moodle is open source and with open source project there is always a concern on security. Also, Moodle is a little dated and lacks some of the slick advancements in user interface some of its paid competitors have.

I was having problems with my Moodle solution, it was so difficult I wanted to scream out loud! So I browsed for companies who develop solutions for LMS services and I bump into Paradiso Solutions. The product is like Moodle but with lots of perks and amazing features. I watch a Demo and I finally requested a free trial, which convince me that this was the product I was looking for.
Performance Management is a must have! also the authoring tool, very neat.
I would love to see some more reports out of the box, but the company fully supports reports customizations.

This is a powerful platform that comes with too much features that any other platform offers, as for example: Report builder, Learning Paths, Multi-tenancy, course creators, gamification, social learning, UI customizable, and so on... The customer support is very good and they offer a customer documentation portal that provide all that you need to use this LMS.
