Moodle is a great tool for communication among grpups, especially for online classes. It has a lot of options for both the administrator and user.

Moodle can be a little unfriendly at times.

Easy modules to create an elearning page.

Not much integrations in the application.

The software application may require students to receive training prior to having to use it on a daily basis.

While students are studying at home, they can learn through technology. It will teach them from the comfort of their own homes. Staying at home will also allow pupils to learn online while being safe.

Its reliance on the internet is a problem in my place, where internet access is limited and inconsistent.

Free in many sense. Quite a big system to create a lot that have to do education

Damn too big to manage and it takes really a good technical skills to setup

Moodle is used for education management, to upload files that can be accessed by several users.

The software is not super functional and difficult to navigate at times.

Very basic interface and old design. Since it is open source it is a target and it makes the software a security risk.

Moodle is a great open source application for serving class related content.

The application is not as easy to use as it should be.

Cons: - not enough functionality, - outdated look, - problem with uploading larger files.

There is an insane amount of educational information on the forums. The community provides so much information as the customer support. The options with Moodle are endless. We use this for educational purposes (e-learning). Split courses for people with different language ability. There are no limits.

At the start it's a little hard to figure out everything if you don't have technical knowledge. But once you get to the community forums there is a step by step explanation to anything you might need.

Great software that I used when in university. Very user friendly

Some outdated parts to it, could use a bit of upgrades in that sense.

I have used this program for a few years now. We use it to host a few courses and refresh our memory working in the medical field. We do a few tests and training classes on here annually.

Nothing that comes to mind at this time.

Used it with my university. Very easy to share courses and find what you're looking for. Easy to get your grades in one place.

A bit old-fashioned. Would be nice to be more mobile-friendly. Add some features around collaboration between students, etc.

at the beginning of the semester when everyone was using it, the website wouldn't work and nothing could be accessed for a few weeks

1.) From the student perspective, I can find much easier to download learning materials like pdf, videos. 2.) This is an open source tool. 3.) A vast array of plugins and add-ons.

1.) But when it comes to Administration perspective it's not user-friendly. 2.) User Interface still at a very basic level. 3.) Not much effective on customer queries.

Moodle was shareware when I downloaded and implemented its use. Cost is always a factor.

It took a lot of trial and error to set up.

No issues so nothing that is not liked. All works good nothing to improve
