It gives good information it tells about the software and gives good progress about students and the work.

I love how easy it is laid out and how user friendly it is. I love the customer support, they always get back to me right away. I love the free trainings.

This is one of the more affordable solutions we found for our school. The customization for our report cards and transcripts was excellent.

It is easy to manage student information and new features are being added all the time. The support is outstanding and responsive.

It becomes frustrating when that happens and information is not given as to why that error is occurring.

Attendance:  MSP is unable to track attendance by minutes missed, as required by Ohio law. No school scheduling or business office modules.

I love how easy it is to use and I enjoy the organization aspect of the site. It has made my grading and attendance process so much easier.

You are a name that is unique and treating according to your needs. I often wonder how MSP makes any money giving us so much customer service on top of an amazing program.

Missing grades or comments. Inability to limit number of characters in comments fields for report cards.

It is easy to use, well organized, and absolutely wonderful.

The structure of things in the database seems well planned and things mesh well. The support I receive whenever I call or email is outstanding.

The customer service is top notch and they have quickly resolved any issue that has come up this school year.

It fits our budget, it has log-ins for parents, students, teachers, and administrators, customer support has been very good.

Tech Support goes over and above to ensure that when an issue should arise, it is addressed immediately and taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.

Parents and Faculty are able to access the information on their own now. The prospect and admissions module is easy to navigate through and has all the information in one places.

Some of the issues have been difficult to navigate without customer support.

Excellent Customer Service!!!

We're brand new to MSP, so it's too early for me to talk about the overall experience.  That said, we see great potential in this product, and after our two days of training our high school faculty and staff is universally positive that potential.

I was at a loss as to how to use the new website, requested a tutorial, the gentleman,  Cody Eversole, was wonderful.  I can now navigate the site with ease

Experience has been limited to data entry of student records, but after the training held today, the other features seem easy to navigate through.

Once we switched our support representative, our experience has been great.

The software is convenient. The customer service is outstanding. 

MSP is a great software that helps to make my job much easier.  I have used the program to enter teachers, students, and parents into a database that helps me to track my faculty, staff, students and parents quickly and efficiently.  I have used the program to set up the database, track student grades, attendance, note keeping and communicating with parents.  When I first started using MSP,  Garrett Kroyer was a tremendous and informative  representative who helped to resolve any issues and questions I had.  If he did not know the answer immediately (which was rare) he always found out how to fix the problem and got back to me in a timely manner.  I am very pleased with MSP and the staff support that is in place to help with any issues that arise.  Customer Service overall has been excellent.

Customer Support is amazing!

One of the Greatest assets you have is Garrett Kroyer, he has been wonderful. When ever I am having problems, especially when it is my fault, Garrett is patient and understanding. When there needs to be a resolve he responds quickly. I really do like MSP.

The only CON I would have is that parents cannot access what they have ordered for their childs lunch once the lunch program is shut down. There must be a way that you can have that information available without the parents being able to change their order. 

When we first started with MSP Kaela was our Rep. She also was wonderful, so to have Garrett follow suite I would put them in the same boat, MINE so I can continue to be as successful as I have been!

I have found MSP to be easy to use and navigate

MSP has been a blessing! I am grateful to use this program each day! 

St. Agnes School is thoroughly satisfied with MSP's capabilities. We are currently using all of the modules and are able to access information from students to prospects to donors to who ordered lunch today quickly and efficiently. I know that anytime I have a question on how to best use MSP to meet our needs I can count on MSP Customer Service Rep, Garrett Kroyer. Garrett responds to phone calls and emails at a lightening fast pace with quality information and a high level of expertise. I feel that he is on St. Agnes School's side and wants to help MSP provide us with the best SIS experience. He is always willing to pass along ideas for improvements that the end user may wish to see. Garrett is one of MSP's (and St. Agnes School's) most valuable resources!

Our first couple of years with MSP was a little rough mostly because the school people in charge of setting it up, didn't get it right and any new system takes some getting used to.  However, this past summer, someone else took it over and we finally have it set up correctly and it is working perfectly for us! As a secretary, reports are very easy to create and use. My diocesan reports were very simple to complete also. 
We have had great support from MSP too. Chris Roman has been wonderful to work with! He has been very responsive to all our questions especially last summer when we were learning to roll over the year, set up the system for this year, and beyond. 
I am very happy with MSP this year!

Relatively easy to use, Support is excellent

As the 7th and 8th Grade English Language Arts Teacher at Saint Anthony of Padua Regional Catholic School, I have many grades to input daily. MSP has made that aspect of my teaching much easier. The site is easy to use, the tabs are clear cut, and the website is always running with ease. 

Garrett, your MSP customer support consultant has worked diligently with our Technology Coordinator, Mrs. Theresa R. Smith and upon working together, the two of them have catapulted Saint Anthony of Padua Regional Catholic School in to the MSP world with great success. 

Garrett is awesome! He has helped us immensely. 

MSP is a great program and I very much look forward to using it in the future. 

MSP is a blessing in my life! I'm grateful for this program every day. 

Pro - Helpful to parents as they can see how their child is doing.
Con - was supposed to take place of Preliminary Placement cards but was not able and I had to 
do all that work again.  I could not input parents' names in Prospects as I can in the student data form.  This is extra work for me which so far has not saved me a lot of work as was promised.
