The easy way invoices are created & sent & the fact that I can keep track of all my students pieces, progress & attendance.

So far it has made my admin work way easier, I can finally keep track of who payed & who hasn’t, and I no longer have to individually make invoices every month.

My favourite aspect of My Music Staff is that it is a fully integrated scheduling and book keeping system.

They also provide all sorts of free worksheets, social media plans, cheat sheets for parents to use the program effectively, and so much more!!

Can be a bit cluttered, attendance could be simplified - yes or no option.

I dont use the accounting side of the program as i find it too clunky.

This caused 2 accounts with my MMS account.

I don't like how students need to log in to view my attachments, it would be better if they could just simply download them from the email they are sent.

Thanks to the automatic invoices, studio calendar, features to keep track of business expenses, studio reports, etc, I can focus more on teaching my students!

Currently all issued make-up credits are grouped together in each student's profile, but since we have our studio policies set to where the students aren't penalized for teacher absences and they have a set limit of make-up credits they can receive for student absences per year it is very hard for us to track.

I like to customise the invoice email based on school or private teaching. Whilst I can do this by changing the invoice or invoice reminder default emails, I can’t use any others so have to change the emails repeatedly by the time I invoice everyone.
