My Music Staff is a cloud-based music school management software designed to help private teachers and music studios handle students, lessons, invoices, payments, attendance, expenses, billing, and more. I love everything about MyMusicStaff. It is a great tool and they are constantly making it look better and fresher.

I hated that they paid teachers for lessons that would need to be made up at the time the lesson was missed instead of when the teacher gave the make up lesson.

Incredibly easy integration into my daily work. This has saved me significant time on admin that is now being used to improve my skills and develop my practice.

I am impressed with how the categories automatically sync. MMS helps keep  my records and invoices straight.

Can’t say enough about how great this program is or how helpful it has been, not to mention the reasonable cost.

I found it really useful for planning lessons, which allows for great use of my time. The interface made it really easy to find everything I needed.

Well, I was completely shocked when I first called and someone actually ansered the phone.

I'm very pleased and when I hit a wall, the support staff responds in a timely manner.

There was, as with any new multi-function software, a learning curve but MMS makes it as easy to learn. The unique-for-each-student online portal makes student-teacher interaction easy.

I've used this for a few months and it's made things easier to teach guitar to people outside of my area. It's proving to be quite the useful tool.

The scheduling interface is easy and pretty intuitive, and I love that I can opt to allow people to change their own times (but only to a time that I've already set aside for teaching).

Can I choose to have no logo at all on the invoice, not even the default treble clef.

There were so many programs out there; I didn't know even what I needed let alone start comparing from 50 plus online companies. So I just decided to trial MyMusicStaff because of the price.

The software is highly customizable. This is wonderful because the program can work for many different kinds of studios. But you do have to spend some time setting it up and tweaking the settings. When I first implemented, it took about 2 months before I had everything set up and working right. Somestimes I have to dig through the help menus for a while to find what I need. But the costomer service is great. They have bailed me out on several occasions.

Overall - my experience with MMS has been nothing but great. Customer service is super responsive and fast, software is easy to use and aesthetically pleasing, plus all of the free tools and ideas are super helpful. 

Easy to use AND to learn!

Make-up lessons used to involve texting and emailing back and forth with parents. With MyMusicStaff parents and students can log in and select an open lesson slot.
