It's easy for all of us, although there are many options it is quick and everyone caught on easily. It's been awesome having the accounting pretty much done for me because all the numbers are right there!

Pros
I like how easy it is to use, I like how everything is connected. We have cloud storage so it's so convenient to access from anywhere! It's nice that the employees information is kept in the same place as everything else. There are so many great features that I can't pick a favorite, but I do love being able to see daily numbers ect. The billing is smooth.

Cons
The price. It is so pricey and I know there are other softwares that are cheaper, but I am in love with Procare so the price is something we overlook.

We like all of the convenience of managing relevant things specific to Child care industry, but there are some features we would like that are unavailable.

Pros
automated billing is very convenient. We especially like that we can program variable rates in advance for programs that are seasonal such as summer camp.

Cons
price very expensive and all new convenient features are always at an additional cost. Also the software has glitches and sometimes we are unable to access all of the seats we pay for.

I have used procare as our main database for around 6 years and overall it has done a good job meeting our needs. The up front costs for the modules can be a bit steep, but this is matched by more reasonable monthly hosting costs, making it cheaper overall than many competitors who bill per child. If I was starting from scratch I may chose a more modern software suite with more mobility, but having invested in procare I do not think there is any need to switch any time soon.

Pros
The database is easy to navigate and puts all the information we need in easy to find places. Billing is simple and very customizable. Payment processing is quick, easy, and reasonably priced. The reports are easy to run and they get me the information I need in a fairly concise way.

Cons
The software is 100% desktop only. There is no real mobile app and even the check in/out software requires a full copy of windows, I can't run it on android tablets. There is a web based app to review certain things but it is clumsy to access and the reports are limited. I am hoping they will release a proper fully functional IOS/android app to match their many competitors.

Pros
The tuition express function is very easy to use and manage. I also like the reports that I can generate to help with understanding FTEs and general knowledge of enrollment.

Cons
It can be expensive with processing fees for credit cards, but worth it if you build that into tuition pricing.

Pros
It is extremely user friendly. You are able to customize and ad on features based on what your school needs. Customer service often has long wait times, but it is worth the wait because they are always able to find an answer to the question.

Cons
The cost. It is higher priced than other systems. There doesn't seem to ba a package deal. You are charged for every single add on.

Customer service people are kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with but you may have to wait on hold between 15 and 45 minutes to speak to someone.

Pros
Easy to us, it's all inclusive, what any childcare business would need to run a successful, organized, professional program. Payment processing is integrated.

Cons
Cost, the program is expensive and it does have monthly fees. Card processing is expensive.

I have enjoyed it and have been using it for years. I do wish it was slightly cheaper as it is hard to fit in the budget but i do find it saves us time so keep finding ways to make it work

Pros
It made sending information home with parents much faster and easier to file for future reference. Much less paper used and time writing down the information we require

Cons
I would love to see caps for children based on hours. As we have a license that only allows 40 hours a month. So if the parent and care centre could be notified that they are approaching their 40 hours and then tell them when they no longer have hours that would be very helpful

Pros
The software is user friendly. The software was easy to set up and navigate. There are a lot of sections that would benefit different areas of the school. It is priced fairly for the amount of product you receive.

Cons
The thing I like least about this software is the 30 day trial. I feel being as busy as I am, I would have preferred a longer trial. Being a non-profit, it is still a cost that is hard to cover.

Pros
Kinderlime has many features that my current management software has. Where it wins-out is with the ability to review account information from the app. This is a feature I have wanted for a long time. I don't have to rely on my computer for anything.

Cons
I absolutely cannot stand it when I can't easily locate pricing information. I do not want to sign up for anything, even a trial, just to get prices. I don't believe the consumer should have to call, email or chat just to locate pricing.

Over all Pro-Care service our needs and the customer service is outstanding. I worked with a customer representative [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], he was amazing and very detailed. He allowed me to ask questions and he didn't make me feel like my questions were small.

The Batch payments was one of the most helpful.

Procare is easy to learn and use and it covers everything you need or want to run a daycare.

Pros
The customer service at Procare is absolutely the best! Every time I have needed to contact them they are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to contact. The software is easy to learn and it covers everything a daycare needs to run the business.

If I have to claim a negative, I would prefer it to be less expensive, but I still think it's a good value for the money.

Excellent company when I have had an issue they are right there to help you. Would not use any other system

A very user friendly system. Has programs for everything. Love the fact I can have just one system for all my child care needs, including doing payroll

I would probably rate higher once I knew more about the program and have done billing in it.

Pros
Procare is the bomb!!!! . I am coming from Private Advantage for 16 years (the program was in place when I got here in 2002 and was too cheap to justify changing with that decision for us. Though it is a lot of work for me to transfer 2500 kids over, now that I am understanding the system it seems to be going smoothly.

Cons
Would have liked the relations including the emergency (non parent) to have transferred over but its going ok.
