It is very easy to use from posting charges, payments, enrolling new children whatever it may be it has been very simple. The only problems that I have had with it is when the State switched sign in sheets to a form they required there was no way to transfer the names to that sign in sheet so I had to type all the names in which was about 200 names or so. As far as using this on a day to day basis for keeping track of your children and payments for tuition it is a good program

It has taken me some time to get comfortable with Procare but it is such a great program. The customer service is exceptional. I've called them for various questions and they always walk me through the answer and even offer more advice or suggestions on using the program or taking advantage of all the different options. If I have a small questions I always refer back to the guides and refresh my memory on things. It is a great program that I highly recommend.

We have been using it as a sign in/sign out tool and as a parent communication tool. Has been great and very easy to use for our moderately un-tech savvy employees and parents. Our hope for the future is that it will have functionality of maintaining a "roster" -- being able to identify which children are supposed to be present on which day, rather than having all children in the roll call for each day. It would be easier to gauge attendance and drop-ins that way.

I am beyond impressed with the customer support, training and technical support Procare offers. The software has helped me to better manage my day-to-day operations and make our center more streamlined. I love the time we are saving and the organizational aspect Procare offers. If you are second guessing purchasing this softwear- don't! I have been in the childcare business for 15 years- this is something that is a must. You won't regret it!

We have been using ProCare for 15 years to run our 63 childcare centers. I would highly recommend this software for anyone who needs a Childcare Management program. Excellent for one center or multiple. Their customer service and support teams are excellent and provide great follow up. Pros: Ease of Use for Educators Customer Service/Support is top notch Great for multi-center management Cons: Would like more customized reports for multi-center reporting

Fantastic program! Very intuitive! Best childcare software out there. Tech support is amazing, they always fix my problem and explain to me how the software works. They are very friendly and patient when a problem occurs. I highly recommend you trying them out. I have been in business for 18 years now. I have used Procare for over 14 years and couldn't have done it without them. It does everything except watch the kids for me. Lol!

We had ProCare Cloud for a month and decided not to continue. Josh did a great job getting our primary computer back on ProCare on Tuesday. We did not put the second one own to make sure we had backed up the information that had been on the cloud. So today when I called, Michelle was the agent I spoke with and she did a great job in getting the second computer back up for me. I appreciate their help and their great customer support.

Procare is user friendly and a great time saver. We use Procare to track our children's and personnel's records. The reports can be customized to give you the data you want. Procare's customer support is top notch! Their friendly techs walk me through the necessary steps to get the information I need. The representatives are knowledgeable and have helped me determine which modules I need. I recommend Procare to every child care director I talk to!

I had several questions and each was answered fully, even though I kept taking the original question sideways. The phone support was extremely helpful with suggestions, and thorough.

Wish that more than one person could be sign into the same company at the same time. Would be good for teaching when not at the same center.

Overall, I would say my experience with this product has been great. I am not the most tech savvy person and anytime I have had difficulty the tech support has been very helpful. They explain what they are doing and I like the fact that they can go into my computer from their end and help walk me through or fix it themselves. The only con is that sometimes you wait in the "Q" for extended periods of time until a tech support person can get to you.

I really like the Family Data & Accounting module but Procare's accounting capabilities leave something to be desired. I come from a Quickbooks background and I feel lost when it comes to basic accounting functions. An example of this would be the ability to print a simple 941. Another example would be a check register. In Quickbooks I know how much money I have at any given time. In Procare, not so much. Please add these features soon!

Our center has used procare since we opened in 2001. We would never use another software. Procare accurately tracks daily attendance, and helps us to have everything needed for every family available at the click of a button. The same ease is true for the employee element as well. Tracking daily hours is a breeze and all of the reports help so much. My favorite part is being able to add the photos for the accounts.

This software is amazing. After 13 years of building, I am at a point that pencil and paper processes didn't work. I needed a more professional image and streamline process. I attended a daycare owner/operator conference....And, BOOM!!!! Procare to the rescue. The trainer took me through each essential module. Amazing customer service. I am well on my way to my multi-site goal with this procure childcare management software.
