Photos and videos have not been an area we have focused on over the years as our primary focus was on other core areas of school management including admissions, payments, SIS and parent engagement. We have just released our photo gallery app to make it easier to share photos. Since your school has a slightly different way to define a school year, we will be introducing this feature for the coming school year to accomodate your specific scenario. SchoolCues fulfills our need for an on-line Student Information System, including attendance records, and an on-line Gradebook, including report cards and transcripts. They are affordable and very customer friendly!

Easy and Affordable 

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We are constantly making enhancements to our Gradebook to make it easier for our schools and parents. The course id requirement is to avoid duplication across successive years. 

Parents and staff adapted to this new system fairly quickly and have been very happy with how it has simplified both paperwork and communications.

I have had a wonderful experience with School Cues and their staff.  They are extremely helpful, very quick to get back to you, and bend over backwards to be available for us.  I cannot recommend them enough.

We understand that you, as an administrator, are very busy, so we also give you the option to send in a support ticket (which always gets answered within 24 hrs.), and you can always refer to our training videos as well as help guides throughout our modules. SchoolCues has been a big part of our SOLUTION for our school. 
We could not afford using one of the big SIS in the market because those are too expensive, too difficult to manage, too cumbersome to deploy.
SchoolCues is just fine for our small, growing school. It allowed us to go to market really fast and requires minimal management from our side.

Skyward makes it easy for parents to track their kids' attendance and grades. This has been especially important during the pandemic because the kids have been learning from home for more than a year.
