Pros

I don't think it's perfect, but there are enough good aspects to make me not look elsewhere for another option. Customer service has been excellent and I believe they will continue to improve it.
We are still learning everything but I do think it will be great when we are more familiar. The staff are amazing and are always there to help us.
I love how easy it is to use, both with the kiosk signing kids in and out and with the enrollment/billing process. The ability to pay online for families has been so helpful and out families love it.

Pros

I love how I can plan meals ahead of time and how I can print out meal plans for my parents. I like the convenient that it offers i was not a fan of the old way with all those bubbles.
Love the ease of use for providers it makes recording meals easier and love love love the copy days options and all the infant options we did not have before.
When I have had to call in for help the technical support has always been courteous and easy to work with and very helpful.

Cons

The parents seem irritated when the app needs an update or the kiosk takes a long time to respond, I think a lot of the time loss is from slow internet in our area.
That being said, we have had many issues with parents being over charged, double punches in and out that were not showing up as an error, automatic payments not coming out on time.
There are a few attributes that we used regularly from the previous software that we are sorely missing. For example, there is no way to track employee vacation, sick, or personal time.

Cons

My parents are set up for auto pay and I pay the transaction fee for them. This is the second time that the KidKare/Epay system had a "problem" and no auto payments went through so I did not get paid.
I had some problems with double counting on payments, when using the "apply credit" feature. After getting it sorted out, I haven't had any more problems with the software.
In Chicago we received reimbursements direct deposit so there were no worries.
