Pros
I strongly recommend this to any school or school district. It is a fantastic resource for my school and my community.
Overall I like the product. My school has started using more of the functionality of the software and receiving announcements and other important information has been helpful.
It has met our expectations and beyond. We probably use only half of the features and are excited about the prospects of the implementing and expanding our school's effective using this product.
Pros
Very flexible, stable, (very few downtime since we use MySchool (2013)). Teachers like the Assignments module, its ease of use, and parents also.

We were impressed with the combination of functionality, value for money and particularly, the first-class customer service.
Cons
I guess at this time, PayPal is the only option. This is it a con but can be a potential inconvenience if PayPal is not working.
Any problem we have had has been corrected, responded to, and met.
I wonder if the schools purchasing the software, with the promise of a handy app for parents, know how bad the app is.
Cons
It doesn't work to all well or not at all with multiple tabs open , which can be annoying at time. The search function needs to be more 'flexable.
Sometimes there are weird glitches and on occasion the system goes down but that's very rare.
Quite basic functionality - lack of timetable integration, each class session required to be registered individually even when teachers have double periods.
