Pros

Thinkific is easy to learn, has great customization and superb customer service. Even on the free plan they answer your questions immediately and incorporate feedback you give them in their updates.
Support for Rich text e.g. make important words bold or italicized. Available to anyone, not just Oxford or Harvard Professors boy, i am in love with literally every feature of thinkific.
Thikific is really easy to use even if you are not a technological boffin. It has great features and the support is awesome.

Pros

What stood out to me most were the features to assist in the matching process and the ability to really make the process best suited to our graduate students.
They've been so helpful during setup with their recommendations and resource library. Also, live support is super helpful at any point in the program.
I like the clean and fresh look of the app. I love the dedicated customer support and you get the answers directly and instantly.

Cons

I have given them all of the feed back given here but they do not take any action. Waiting at least a day for an answer is totally unacceptable.
I sent a query on Monday asking how to do something and the reply said 'see instructions below' and there were no instructions there.
There was very little I disliked about the platform. It was difficult to tailor the course quite the way I wanted it at times, but I could always find a workaround.

Cons

I may have lost a few participants but all the ones that did take part were involved to the fullest.
Tags are a little daunting and can be difficult for end-users to understand how to get them to work to move forward in completing a task.
In addition, you are not able to share files using the feature so may of our pairs used Zoom or another platform for their calls. In addition, emails sent from Qooper may end up in spam folders.
