I love that we can track how our younger children are eating and when they are being changed. I love love the updates from the teachers.
I haven't found a software that can do it all. To switch we would be trading problems for problems.
The best thing about Procare is that it is user friendly. The support website is a great tool.
I should be able to create a licensing-compliant registration form for parents, which includes emergency contacts, allergies, medical insurance number, etc. Staff timecards are poorly designed.
Everyone on the phone is polite, has excellent customer service and is there to help answer your questions and teach you how to do the task so you can remember for next time. Really love this product.

The reports that you are able to run are useless. Parents should be able to register and select check or homeschool funds.

I noticed that, when I added a few more weeks to an existing semester, a few random classes were displayed as cancelled. This happened immediately after I added the weeks.
The features are intuitive and it integrated seamlessly into my Squarespace website. From the customer point of view, the design is attractive and easy to use.
The activities are all listed in one category, so they are difficult to separate.
Whenever I run into something that does not fit or work for us, I do get a reply within a day which is super important.
This software is instructor/ educator friendly. I absolutely love it prior to the training I was able to understand how to navigate the system to create booking and contact customers.
Overall I am satisfied with the program. It’s more affordable than hiring someone to do the enrollment for me and saves me a lot of time.

I love that it is easy to navigate and allows users to control the settings. I rarely have glitches and if I do the customer support is excellent.
Unfortunately, there are some issues with the Payments section. The link "Print Invoice" does not work for me, so a daycare had to send me the invoice via email.
Ease of use, great features and most of all our families love it. Brightwheel is such an amazing app to have especially in this post covid world.
The only thing that bothered me was the billing. But they've already updated me on this point.
Overall, this product seems promising. The opportunity to engage families in a new, innovative way is exciting and we are hopeful to have opportunities to implement this in the future.
After a family emergency, I had to pick up my 5-year-old grandson from school.
Brightwheel is by far the best child care management platform I have experienced from a users stand point it is visually friendly, easy to navigate the app, and has all the functions a parent wants.
A little confusing in its interface and with a little onboarding and a little time consuming and slow when learning.
I love that they have the ability to share videos, pictures and other types of information with me. I also love that I can message staff any time during the day to check in.
I love this Software because its a very big help when it come of organizing you children daily needed routine. This will help you organize thing to do and manage your daily time scheduling.

It’s any parent’s dream come true. Plus it’s a user friendly app that guides you through the process of finding a good day care for your children.
I am a worried mom , just like a lot of other moms. I worry that I don’t spend enough time with my child , that I’m not always as attentive as I can be , I worry that sometimes I work too much.
I really loved the amount of tools and reports also the functionalities HiMama provides. The price in comparison to the return value to outstanding and very commendable.
Not so much the software that I have a problem with as to the amount your people call and email me. It makes me feel obligated and pressured when I shouldn't feel that way.
Love the updates throughout the day. Love the reports and the ability for photos and videos to come through.
I did not find a thing about this app that I could find wrong with or criticize.
I love how secure this software is and how much they protect my information, and I especially love how their customer service experts treat my kids and me like family.

Customer administration is exceptionally moderate when you do require help...it takes days and once in a while weeks to find no solution most occasions. Extremely baffling no doubt.

I like this platform because it is having very great features and for child learning with unique and creative manner.
Not having an undo button when you accidentally delete a paragraph instead of saving it frustrating to gave to rewrite.
What I like most about this software very helpful and useful. You can find so many ideas to improve relationship with kids.
It does a long time to hear back from anyone and when you do you have to screen shot all of your errors. Printing functions for planning templates etc are very limited.
I love the simplicity of the program and that you can track children's progress through reports, create plans that you can share with everyone and upload videos.
Planning pages are hard to type in. Printing pages comes out bad.
I like that I can use it to quickly and privately get learning documentation to families, I love the planning feature, I love community messages. It's so easy to use, thinks of everything.
Some of the cons are the milestones the searching is difficult but not impossible to do, deleting children to see their profile after never seems to work out.

It’s super fast and effective for daycare owners to provide updates to families. It’s amazing as parents don’t need to pay to access the information, and it’s a very low monthly fee for providers.
Parents sometimes struggle with finding the code to join Daily connect. However, I often think it is due to email going to spam.
Ease of use and customer service are big plusses with this app. It's very user friendly, and constantly being made better - adding new great features.
Occasionally, we have trouble getting items to sync, or have to close the program to access a differnt program.
We have had a positive experience using the app and find the customer support to be fantastic.
I suggest it all the time to colleagues, and have no plans to ever switch for my own program.
This program is easy to use and save us time and paper. I love the automatic email at the end of the night so that the parents can see everything that has happened through out the day.
If I send a reply to a chat there is no indication on what I'm referring to.

Famly have always been fantastic, the software is great, customer service are always able to help and really quickly.
Only thing is that the push notification for an accident does not tell you what child it is about.
The app is so easy to use and such a great tool to share information with parents. Beautiful learning journeys for our children including videos that they will look back on.
Sometimes staff in the sleep room change and it can be hard calculating 7 different wake up times from the time each child has been marked to have fallen asleep.
Overall we have had a great experience the past year, we hope for a long and positive relationship.
If a child hasn't started but register and you make a mistake on the room moves this can be hard to amend without seeking help. Can this be made the same as children who are registered.
I like the ability to message nursery staff directly from the app, but also the ability to message other parents - this gives it more of a community feel.
How long it takes for Famly to implement a new tool. Pulling off children's journeys when they leave.
Staff can reply straight away. Great way to keep general communication with parents and staff and for good team communication too.
This is especially important in the present pandemic as parents are not allowed in to the buildings. The newsfeed feature is great.
Overall a very good app and i would certainly recommend it for any school or nursery.

We like the easy sign in options, quick and easy method to log meals, nappies and sleeps and the news feed is a quick efficient way of communicating to parents.

This is awesome given that we are a nonprofit and host many different classes, camps, workshops, and events. I also love the ease of access when creating discount codes, etc.
There are recurring system errors that cause failures in payment processing.
And - where and when we do hit speed bumps - RegPack's team have always been at the ready to hold our hands and walk us through. They are super helpful, super responsive, and proactive at every step.
But it is somewhat complicated for the end user. I am constantly fielding phone calls and emails from parents who are having trouble finding classes, logging in, updating Child Profiles, etc.
I also love the report building, and the ability to export the whole application, including uploaded documents in ONE STEP. I love a lot of things, so it's hard to say what I love the "most.
The password/login feature glitches A LOT. Parents end up getting frustrated and creating a new account instead of logging in because the Reset Password function almost NEVER works properly.
The interface is attractive and easy to use, helping us to look polished and professional with our clients.
Very difficult to use and had many glitches that had to be fixed as we tried to get it to do what Regonline could do.

The password/login feature glitches A LOT. Parents end up getting frustrated and creating a new account instead of logging in because the Reset Password function almost NEVER works properly.
The interface is attractive and easy to use, helping us to look polished and professional with our clients.
Very difficult to use and had many glitches that had to be fixed as we tried to get it to do what Regonline could do.
I really like how easy this software allows for question formats. I like the ability to have the complex question formats.
I have to say that Amanda Neis was amazing. She was able to set up the most critical project easily and effortlessly and within my very rapid turnaround.
The software integrates wonderful and seamlessly into our current website - no fussing with sending our members to an unknown website for registration.
Regpack has work with me over a year now due to the pandemic and they have been so flexible and willing to work with me. I feel like I am more then just a customer, but a person they truly care about.
We love the ability to create different projects with different needs, such as registration. One project could be for camps that parents fill out and one for adults where only tickets are purchased.

KINDERPEDIA help me a lot with the lesson, because is more easy to make a plan, to controlling the homework, and many other very good thinks.
Sometimes there are some small problems and the app doesn't work on mobile phones.
I am super happy with this software. For me as a manager made things easier, more efficient and well organised.
In the chat (teachers portal), It’s a bit difficult to refer to a massage, which was posted before others reply and change of subject.

Xplor has been an amazing app to use in the work place. It is easy to use and the parents LOVe the updates during the day.
We have had a lot of glitches recently, as there is apparently a new app rolling out for the parents. We just get frustrated as we reply on this system, so when things don't work its frustrating.
My experience has been a pleasure so far. Nice and straight forward process easy to use and only takes a second to use.
Unable to use , my log in details didn't work and password given by little miracles didn't work either , so frustrating. I think it was because my daughter was going to two different centres.
They take improvement suggestions on board and make it happen. Amazing customer support and commitment from the team.
The reports often don't reconcile, nor are they adequate for our needs. Fixes are made to reports and something else goes wrong - testing of reports before they go live is very poor.
I like that it is online, so I am able to see child details and bookings while out and about. When the sign-in function is working, it is good to also be able to see who is in care.
Had trouble confirming my bookings as there was a final button at the bottom of the screen which required scrolling down and didn't work smoothly all the time.

Had trouble confirming my bookings as there was a final button at the bottom of the screen which required scrolling down and didn't work smoothly all the time.
The interface is great and easy, in theory it seems like an easy app to use as parent.
I think that the cost for the whole package is going to be hard to pass onto families and as a service who is not making money it is going to be hard to justify.
Easy to use, online support staff are readily available and are very helpful. Online portal is clear and easy to use.
I had one time where it just stop working and I had to restart the app but it only happened to me once and that is it.
I like how it was breeze to understand and use. I did not find any difficulties navigating through the software.
The Xplor staff are wonderful and could not be more helpful. Parents do not have the same experience though and have described having to wait for 45minutes to have their calls answered.
Easy of use, sign in and sign outs are stream lined and made alot easier and faster. Clients can use the app to do it all themselves.

The best part about OWNA is the customer service which is amazing, I always get a quick response and they take all feedback on board to create a great product.
We signed up for the Premium Plus + but were disappointed that you are unable to commit to the customisation of app etc and had to downgrade us to Premium due to being "busy.
I love this service overall with a few slight changes I think this is on of the best, user friendly softwares I have used.
It also can be frustrating at times when the server is down as it really impacts our day especially if the educators have programming time.
It is very easy to follow and I absolutely love the team at OWNA...with all there help throughout. I would recommend this product to so many people and the staff love it also.
It has been difficult getting to know how to use the software.
Sustainable practices are adhered to by not having any paper copies required. An awesome software product for our industry.

Customer service is great and extremely responsive. My advice is to speak to them and ask how they can help your business.
Can only send an email when an invoice has been generated/payment failed. No options for the invoice is overdue by x number of days, etc.
We have been using Chargeover for over 2 years now and are very satisfied. The software is easy to use and the customer service is amazing.
Our main issues with the system is that it will not automatically deduct one time invoices charges and we do not have the option of payments being due on the first of every month.
The reasons why they are great: very responsive, tons of features and very affordable. We run a small business but use a lot of processors to make life easy for our clients.
Really, our only complaint comes from the fact that we are a UX/UI design agency.
The price point is great and it has all the features you need. Compared to the other options out there these guys are by far the best bang for your buck.
Then we found ChargeOver, which does that and MORE. We did a lot of product research, and no other software can even come close to offering what ChargeOver does at such a low price.
We have been with CO for some time now and are probably pretty demanding. I am super impressed with CS.

It can possibly do something more on the live interaction feature adding; at the moment as I know it’s all about posting content but no live interactions are there.

Also a lot of followups on emails, SMS are saved by using this product. The experience has been great and their support team at times has gone out of their way to help.
Doesn't show the history of comments on assignments; should enable feature to have 1:1 chat with teachers to clarify doubts.

We are able to capture potential customers that we had previously thought were not interested anymore. The customer service is outstanding.
There is not much that I can say about this application that is negative.
Also like the ability to conveniently manage and access multiple locations; for someone who is an administrator but sometimes a user at specific locations this is important.
Our previous database system, Salesforce, was clunky and industry agnostic. Salesforce was not easily understood by the center directors and it was difficult to customize.
I tried this product with a free demo and was hooked immediately. I saw amazing results from day 1 and over the past year my revenue has increased $400,000 which I attribute directly to Childcare CRM.
All I have to do is keep a check on things to see what I have to do next. If I have a problem I just ask and an answer is provided for me.
We recently implemented CRM and have been very happy. Anytime we have a question, the support time is available and quickly helps us figure it out.
We always have to remember that CRM was not just created for us and the things we may dislike about it could be another schools favorite aspect.

I sometimes run into Technical Issues: at time there are glitches or error messages received when using the tool, which impacts my use.
I went from doing everything the paper way to now everything is electronic from check in and out to all of the children files and mine on the Playground app. Love love the all the payment options.
The statement dates were not correct and caused a lot of confusion for parents. Assigning the charges takes a lot of time for us as a large center with multiple age groups and price points.
The ease of use, the timely customer support, the willingness to train and retrain our staff We love using Playground.
The Enrollment process has been a bit more difficult to customize.

I love being able to sign my children in and out using this app. I also love receiving notes/messages about my kids during the day.
There are a few attributes that we used regularly from the previous software that we are sorely missing. For example, there is no way to track employee vacation, sick, or personal time.
The teachers are able to share pictures and child's progress via app which is super convenient. Being able to also see who signs children in and out with a unique code and or pin.
Sometimes for no reason our entire center jumps into the wrong class and on one occasion the entire center was signed out when a teacher logged off. This has cause a lot of panic from our parents.
I love being able to see pictures/videos of my kids. I love being able to view our bill on the app.
Not able to delete payments are charges that have been entered. I would also do away with flu vaccine option since it is not a requirement vaccine.
Good customer support during transition was very good.
Unfortunately there is no API so integration with other products is someone limited. The reports are somewhat limited at times as well.
The support at Smartcare is very responsive, quick to help, and eager to solve problems. Smartcare saves administrative time and has really cut down on paper used at our center.
When an error is made the parent question the competency of the childcare staff. When pulling reports it is often difficult to get the specific information needed to complete a task as assigned.
I don't think it's perfect, but there are enough good aspects to make me not look elsewhere for another option. Customer service has been excellent and I believe they will continue to improve it.
A setback is that there is no way for teachers to see what was updated from previous teachers before them, which can cause confusion.
I also love that you can also pay your co-pay through the app.

We truly enjoy using Kangarootime, it is very user friendly, our parents are very happy with the app and all its features.
When typing messages to parents, it lags terribly. We use this program on iPads and does not work well.
KangarooTime helps us communicate effectively with our parents, and organize our tuition and paperwork. We love the checking in and out feature.
Our parents have had some issues with the app and setting up their accounts. We have also had issues with the charges.
The parents love the real time updates and the staff loves the visual cues and intuitive use. I love that parents can pay online and I now receive over 90% of tuition in the first week of each month.
Frankly, extremely disappointed with this program and the overall response time to one simple issue.
I am very happy with the decision to stay with Kangarootime - we did research other child care management software when taking over this facility and felt that this one best suited our needs.
You have to click on every single icon to get to an account, change an account, it is not on the same screen and makes it difficult to input information. It is very tedious and time-consuming.
The excellent customer support we always receive. And the fact that they take our ideas and implement them the best they can.
We love the fact that Kangarootime has automated so much of our business processes. It's great to have one product that handles everything from accounting to employees to parents.
Also billing is easy and understandable for the most part. Customer Service is also AMAZING!!! They have helped so much and made it a very easy experience.

I love having the photo album to be able to share pictures with families during this time, but I intend to continue to use Bloomz in the future. Uploading documents and files has been fantastic.
The worst part about this is the phone app isn't as convenient as it could be. It takes a few minutes of searching to get to where you are usually trying to go.
Daily updates and the ability to send and share pictures through a secure resource is very helpful and allows me to keep lines of communication open among families.
While creating a post, if you leave that window (for example: to go to your photo gallery to check a photo) you lose anything you've typed. Bloomz sometimes lags during uploading.

Point of sale built in, ease of use, ability to schedule appointments, classes and courses, a simple app for smartphones, awesome and friendly customer service.
They have been charging more and more each month, and they blame it on the merchant processor, who then blames it back on FrontDesk HQ.
Not only did they start off with a very solid product, they have improved incrementally over the years. They know their "Why" and do not stray from what they are really good at.
