Pros

I love the fact that they are really easy to setup and use. I use it more for personal use and absolutely love how I can stay in touch with my family for a fraction of the price.
Their support team is always courteous and responsive. I've never walked away feeling like I didn't get the best possible treatment.
I love these of use of this product. It is complemented my a really good wiki, which is great for configuring end user equipment.

Cons

No idea how many calls were missed as a result. Call transfer between extension occasionally does not work.
Calling parts Europe not working without without downgrading to value line prefix.
Each time, it was user error, as the multitude of options to setup can be overwhelming to start. 10 Minutes in a chat, and I was golden.
