100% recomendable si tienes un negocio para el que necesitas leads.

Pros

Además en Google Analytics se recogen como evento los leads que se generan (conversaciones que sí han dejado el teléfono) por lo que facilmente puedes tener un objetivo que recoge ese evento.

Cons

pues estoy contenta en general, es sencillo de usar y me sirve para lo que lo quiero

Un gran acierto

Gracias al chat Alma estoy captando leads de forma automática, y he conseguido enviar muchos presupuestos y clientes.

Pros

Lo que más me gusta del chat es la facilidad de uso y de instalación. También me gusta la forma que tiene de contestar a los posibles clientes y la forma en que capta los datos de contacto de los leads.

Cons

Hecho de menos que no filtre los datos reales y los que son falsos.
