Straightforward App

pretty decent app, satisfied as of now

Pros

The automated customer support system is simple and easy to customize. Analytics reports are coming perfectly and most importantly, MINDBLOWING customer support.

Cons

there was some complexity that my team faced, as in: some short-cut keys didn't work. Apart from that didn't find anything. I believe, every app has room for improvement
