My experience with Rilla as a Rep

10/10 I use it daily and review my recordings weekly while getting to learn from other more tenured reps on the team and in other territories in the state.

Pros

The data I get helps me learn what went well in my appointments while getting to revisit the Audio when needing to remember small details like dogs name or email spelling for customer.

Cons

The pre meeting notification is tough to swipe away and phone vibrates viciously .

RILLA is changing the whole direction of the industry

We love RILLA as Sales Coaches. I also sell in the house and find it extremely helpful to find ways of bettering my performance in the house.

Pros

RILLA has continued to increase their accuracy and effectiveness. The software bring scientific data to the sales industry instead of best guess that we have used for more than 30 years.

Cons

The only con we have found is that it is pretty costly.

Rilla has been a great tool for us to help train our reps.

Pros

Rilla allows me to hear my reps without taking time from my day to do ride alongs. It has great speech analytics that allow the reps to listen to themselves and colleagues to improve their skills.

Cons

Small bugs here and there but there is no major complaints so far.

Ridealong solution

I truly find Rilla an absolute benefit for companies balancing the overhead of proper oversight, while hiring positions that can positively impact revenue rather than create a drag.

Pros

The ability to ridealong with multiple sites, in various timezones is phenomenal. Providing feedback by video or text is imperative to various learning styles.

Cons

Engaging my team into usage for their own benefit has been a challenge. My hope is that there will be a feature for Techs to perform their own "ridealongs" with interactive feedback incorporating any mgmt feedback as well as insights from Top Techs.

Saving SO much time!

Rilla has been a WONDERFUL tool to add to my repertoire! It has saved me HOURS of time allowing me to really focus in on what matters most, customer satisfaction.

Pros

Rilla allows me the ability to "ridealong" with any sales rep all across the country. It's audio capture and speech-to-text are highly accurate.

Cons

Trusting that a sales rep is going to turn on Rilla prior to arriving at an appointment is my only hang-up.

Game Changer

Rilla has changed the way we train, coach, and support our sales team. It saves us loads of time and increases our efficiency and performance.

Pros

We love not wasting time driving to ride alongs and having the ability to easily pick and choose which appointments to listen.

Cons

The hardest part was implementation with our team and gaining buy in. It took time but we've got it in a good place.

Worth every penny

I love it. Highly useful software I am using to help multiple people with small tuning in the proposal or presentation steps

Pros

It lets me hear what is going on in a home without my influence like a normal ride along. I get more natural feedback to analyze

Cons

It takes a few days for it to learn the voice pattern of each individual so first weeks transcription is jumbled

Pros

I love that it allows me to do "ride alongs" with my field staff and still be available in the office for the rest of my staff. It allows for me to see in real time what is happening and be able to provide coaching to the techs to help them improve their communication skills. As we dial in on the communication styles, it in turn allows them to be me effective in their sales skills.

Cons

The toughest part about all of it is getting the techs to be onboard with the program and understand the importance of the program and how helpful it can.

Awesome tool to compare your analytics to othrts and then track your improvements

Pros

While in the middle of a sales call you are caught up in the moment and it can be difficult to objectively review how the call went afterwards. The ability to see the transcription is eye opening. Couple that with the analytics comparing key components like percentage of time you talked verses customer is terrific

Our sales calls last for hours not minutes it severely drains my battery while using

Use Rilla for rep improvement

I truly enjoy Rilla. I think it is one of the most powerful tools a manager can use to create an environment of improvement.

Pros

I like the immediate feedback Rilla gives reps and management. I also use it for running my meetings. I provides real time data and analytics to improve.

Cons

Sales rep buy in can be tough. Many times they will see it as a micromanaging tool. As a manager, it will be up to you to develop their trust, and use it appropriately.

I love how it is so easily at your finger tips. It is a great source to give feed back and review the daily process.

Pros

My favorite thing about Rilla is how we can put notes in for the technicians to see. There are so many ways to give feedback to them right at their fingertips.

Cons

I feel like it is alot to learn. I learn best by going step by step and doing it at the same time. Short Videos on how to would be really helpful in all areas.

Rilla: The replacement for management ride-alongs!

For a startup product: exceptional. In comparison to already developed products: Incredibly above average, easily in the top 5%. In comparison to cost of other products: On the low side of average, easily one of the best 'bang for your buck' services. Jokingly: 14/10, would review again. Seriously: 9.5/10, no intentions to look for other products (at least for the next several years).

Pros

Exciting features: Management now has the ability to critique interactions between agents/employees and prospects/customers! Management has greater reach with oversight in the event prospects/customers have concerns! Management has access to real examples of success to train and teach less preforming prospects/customers! Management has access to real examples of less successful interactions for roleplaying to help improve low-performing agents/employees!

Cons

As with all new software these days, there are some minor bugs to work out. This is offset by how active their development team improves/fixes issues and continues to improve the product! Ultimately, the bugs/glitches/yet-to-be-implemented issues I'm referencing don't impact the usage of the product, and half of them can be avoided if a shadow doesn't also record, metrics are stated and specified properly, etc. Ultimately the bugs do exist, but they can be avoided with slightly different admin/user input. I don't care for the colour scheme of the portal. This is also non-impactful regarding usage. Not in the slightest.

Our experience with Rilla has been a game changer. Our sales are up 30% compared to same time last year and we have just started with it. We have been using Rilla going on 7 months now, and have no complaints at all. New ideas and new things get added, that are making physical ride a longs , no longer needed when you can do a virtual ride-a-long with any salesman anytime of the day with Rilla. Awesome app! I would recommend this product to any company that is looking to boost there sales numbers and goals.

Pros

Rilla's features in general are great and the ease of use on both the mobile side and office side are great. Being able to check and monitor our sales guys process and help coach them to be better salesman has been a blessing. Rilla has made virtual coaching a simple and smooth seamless process.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about the product. This app is a game changer for sales, and can be for any industry if used and incorporated into the business plan.

Field Team Accuracy Capturing is a breeze

The Rilla team is available when you need something, very responsive. They are always working on improving the Rilla platform as well. Change can be challenging but they make it fun to learn functions in their software.

Pros

Having the ability to observe the field team interacting with customers on site, and customers communicating with them is such a time saver and valuable tool. Field team members tend to get a bit more nervous and reserved if someone is observing them live, this is allows them to handle their calls without feeling like they are being watched. In addition, it allows for us to review with them, areas where they shined, and identify where additional training may be beneficial.

Cons

It's all positive. Nothing bad to say at all.

Absolute Must-Have for real time coaching

[sensitive content hidden] came to us to work out some bugs and his help was great. Also worked with Paulina on fine-tuning our scripting and keywords so we can get more accurate and intentional with training. Absolutely great company, not perfect, but they actually do their best to make a great product and have great customer service.

Pros

I like that we can implement our sales script and keywords to be tracked within Rilla along with other metrics to give reps coaching in a quicker way

Cons

Dictation in the home can be difficult because Tv's or other voices are picked up and can make things tricky when tracking. Having a calibration method so the software knows the reps voice better would be a great improvement

5 star experience using Rilla. The GUI is smooth and responsive. The communication with the company is prompt and valuable. The layout and real time analytics leaves the user with a sense of an all encompassing operation and view into the appointment.

Pros

The real time analytics that allows me to parcel an appointment and process the data into many different valuable points of interest and do it seamlessly at that.

Cons

No batch note send. I would like to send one batch of multiple notes attached to multiple comments instead of 1 email per note. I have made the request months ago. Reps do not like multiple emails just for comments.

Truly making Sales into a Game

Pros

Sales positions have the tendency to either be a fun game when you're winning or drawn out when you're on a losing streak. Rilla adds this fun theme regardless of winning or losing. It really creates a fun game out of Sales, with Stats to analyze, tape to review, and even AI to help along the way.

Cons

Due to limitations of the recording devise being in the pocket and AI software limitations, I find that the transcription assigns the homeowner to things the salesman said, and the other way around. To be truthful, this has gotten better over the year since I noticed it first.

Game Changer

It has been a fantastic experience. All of their team has been very responsive and quick to assist on the multiple occasions I needed guidance.

Pros

The ability to coach my team more effectively. Not only can I give feedback on different points of the conversations, but I can also use Rilla as a coaching tool during one-on-one meetings to dissect how conversations are going and why we might do things another way to close more deals.

Cons

The only things I haven't liked had more to do with implementation and utilization of management and not to do with Rilla.

Great tool for learning and accountability

This is a great tool, the company has been great to work with. Our coach has been awesome to work with and we are excited for the future improvements the company is moving towards.

Pros

As a Sales Manager Rilla has allowed me to get more time reviewing and watching my team's interactions with customers. I used to get 3-5 ride-alongs a week which would eat up 8-12 hours. With Rilla I am doing 10+ virtual ride-alongs a week, this allows me to check who the sales process is going and what we can improve upon. My team has embraced Rilla and they now look at each other's calls and will take pieces of each other's Sales process/presentation and apply it to their own.

Cons

We have some dead zones in our area which can lead to a Rilla recording terminating early, before the call is over. Rilla is aware and working on this, but we are losing approx 10% of our calls to early termination of the recording.
